“I went into this store to renew my Magenta status. Employee #1 said I needed to go the Plaza Bonita store to do that and had a dismissive attitude. Employee #2 (Christian) called Plaza Bonita to see if they could help me over the phone and they were able to, saving me a trip to another store. They should all be like Christian! Management: take note...all that needed to be done was a few steps in the app to renew my status. Your employees should know something basic like that. The 4 star rating is for Christian, not the store.”
