The fish used for chicharrones is of great quality, not swaii or tilapia which I appreciate, just when one hears chicharron that means crunchy not the case here at El Prieto restaurant, the fish needs to be rolled in flour before frying, staff are very nice and helpful which helps to have a good experience eating there

Drove 20 minutes to arrive 10 minutes before closing to buy what we needed and they had closed early. 😐
