“Today I had the pleasure of visiting the Sharp Chula Vista labs. I was greeted by Karla in the front office, she was very personable, helpful, friendly, and professional. The environment of the office was calm, clean, and comfortable. The phlebotomist Jade, was very gentle, quick, nice, and professional. She took me back right away once I checked in.
(Not bad for a walk-in)
My overall experience was pleasant and I am beyond pleased. I will definitely return to this location.”

“I had an appt at 730am and was impressed. I checked in less than 5 min before 730am and waited for like 5 min and got the blood work done in less than 10 minutes! That's efficiency. They had my doctor's orders in the system and just confirmed my insurance and information.”

“The waiting room was overflowing, but I only waited 5 minutes past my appointment time to get in. Given how many patients may take longer than expected, like me, this seemed very reasonable. Phlebotomist was very professional, explained everything clearly, and was also kind and personable. I very nearly didn't feel the needle, and I didn't feel a single vial swap, very impressive. At the end of the draw, I almost fainted, but she very calmy took measures to help keep me conscious such as elevating my feet, suggesting deep breathing, laying my head down, and placing an ice pack on my neck. They also provided water. She and the other staff did not rush me and ensured I was good to go before I left despite their long waitlist.”
