“Today I had the pleasure of visiting the Sharp Chula Vista labs. I was greeted by Karla in the front office, she was very personable, helpful, friendly, and professional. The environment of the office was calm, clean, and comfortable. The phlebotomist Jade, was very gentle, quick, nice, and professional. She took me back right away once I checked in.
(Not bad for a walk-in)
My overall experience was pleasant and I am beyond pleased. I will definitely return to this location.”

“I was in and out in 15 minutes. The staff was caring and profesional for my appointment with Care Access, a blood draw study. I checked in online from my car as instructed but choose to walk in to check the place out. It was packed! No where to sit. I waited In the hallway. I was called in four minutes later. I felt sorry for all those people waiting. But for me it was a possitve experience.”
