“The location is very close to my home. The staff was professional & quick. The website needs to be updated. The 3 of us waiting had all attempted to make appointments on line & all of us had tried to find an appointment but nothing was available through March. The 3 of us walked into an empty waiting room. Only 2 people came in who had an appointments while we were there. Obviously your online appointment system needs improvement.”

“Dr. Julie Liang is incredible - she provides attentive, personalized care based on your unique struggles. Her knowledge of functional medicine runs deep, and her touch in acupuncture is light and effective, I've tried a few doctors, and that she has deep skills in both is such an asset among my healthcare providers...I would honestly go to her now before any of the others. I started experiencing GI issues over a year ago and embarked on the traditional Western route via my GP and more specialized GI doctors...after a year and dozens of labs I still had no diagnosis, and all the symptoms. It could be described as burnout, working full-time for decades climbing the ladder, add in a couple toddlers and a heap of life changes in a short amount of time and my gut was telling me I was done, as well as my stress levels. During this time, it felt Dr. Julie was the only one who understood me, and was really interested in helping me on a weekly basis. She guided me through an elimination diet aided by natural supplements, and acupuncture to reset my nervous system, which I could never have facilitated on my own with my busy schedule. Eventually I got diagnosed with Colitis, and was immediately discharged from my GI specialist, disappointing to say the least. Dr Julie is forever an advocate and partner in my health, and I could not be more grateful for her care. Do yourself a favor and go see her!”

“Short waiting time, super friendly front office staff, and getting my rolling vein on the first try, what else can one ask for? Maybe convenient parking right in front of the entrance? Check, got that, too. My phlebotomist was Alma, who has been mentioned extremely positively in other reviews and, quite frankly, was the reason for me to try this lab for the first time. I'm sold. They just won a repeat customer singing Alma's song.”

“Raise your hand if you love getting a physical...? Ok, I see no hands. Seems like we're all in agreement that exam physicals can be a little invasive and uncomfortable. Peeing in a tiny cup isn't my preferred method of urination.The office staff did a great job making an uncomfortable experience, comfortable. Christine did an excellent job drawing blood. She was careful and sensitive. It didn't even feel like I had a needle in my arm. She made great small talk and seemed genuinely interested in making sure my needs were met. I highly recommend ExamOne.”

“The waiting room was overflowing, but I only waited 5 minutes past my appointment time to get in. Given how many patients may take longer than expected, like me, this seemed very reasonable. Phlebotomist was very professional, explained everything clearly, and was also kind and personable. I very nearly didn't feel the needle, and I didn't feel a single vial swap, very impressive. At the end of the draw, I almost fainted, but she very calmy took measures to help keep me conscious such as elevating my feet, suggesting deep breathing, laying my head down, and placing an ice pack on my neck. They also provided water. She and the other staff did not rush me and ensured I was good to go before I left despite their long waitlist.”
