She was so kind and polite as was the young man we dealt with the day before. Whom ever owns this spot does a ten star rating in hiring. Employees are ten stars seriously.

When I came in London was nothing but helpful from the start. I needed a new phone, because my screen was cracked and there was glass everywhere. I purchased a new phone, a case, and ear buds, plus I needed help straightening out my plan. I recommend this specific T-Mobile store because of the service. 5/5 ⭐

The staff was awesome! Ximora busted her detective moves and found my pin so I can keep my number and Jessica helped me get a phone within my budget. Thank you ladies you were loads of help. Especially after coming form a metro that said they couldn't help me.
