“No nonsense, pick you up and get you towed.Usually culture doesn't play a part in who is providing your service but I had to cancel the first tow company. They demanded texting on the phone and sending photos of my drivers license, credit card, and vehicle, it appeared to me the other tow company was being dispatched from a liquor store, the guy was rude and demanding. Bye Habibi!I'm going to stick with Ledesmas Towing should I ever need another tow.”

“Wow! I am so happy with the level of service and customer care with this towing company. I had an emergency tire blowout with my Tesla and two of my tires were flat. They arrived sooner than expected and they were very careful with my car. The price was very reasonable and Gio, the tow truck driver, was simply awesome. “My truck alternator was going and going. I was in my way to my mechanic at Elite Auto Repair when ol’ Myrtle went from going-going to just gone. I was stuck on the 52 East exit off of the I-5 south when my entire electrical system shut down. I was in the emergency lane with cars flying by me at 65 mph in a hurry to their own funeral, so I scooted myself into the passenger seat, put on the safety belt, and used my Allstate mobile app to get roadside assistance. Roadrunner was busy, but they made to me as soon as they could and provided quality service. He got me to my mechanic’s shop where I could safely address my truck’s needs.”
“I recently was in a car accident and had no idea what to do or where to go or if car could even be repaired, was so fortunate to find this place and talked to Mike the owner. He asked if I could bring car over that same day to access damage. Mike and his crew were able to do repairs and I also decided to have a new paint job. I was totally blown away when I went to p/u car, looked like it did the day I drove it off the dealership lot 10 years ago new. “Honestly, I was just thinking about this place. STORY TIME ??? a few years back my mom had bought her first car she had ever bought from a dealership brand new. Her “boyfriend” at the time stole her car in Antioch ca, Bay Area (near San Francisco) he sold it to his friends or something. They had traveled from Antioch down to Chula Vista in less than a day. They had found the car parked outside an apartment complex less than seven minutes away from the boarder. Since it was reported stolen they towed it here. My mom, sister and I bought train tickets next day and traveled 12 hr w no car and no idea what conditions it was in. We got there at 3 in the morning and planned to wait outside till they opened. They heard our story and were so nice as to let us in to get the car out at 3 in the morning. Instead of waiting till morning when the main office opened.”
