“I have been taking my cars to John's since 2017. Every time I've been there, I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.
Recently I took my 05 CR-V in for an inspection and I was extremely impressed by the customer service provided by Dave and Rick and also the quality of the work performed by Ulisess.
If you want to take your car to a place where you will be treated like family, then don't bother looking any further.
These guys are constantly busy and they have absolutely no motivation to rip you off when they already have so much business as it is. And for that reason, sometimes it might take a bit longer than you prefer to get your vehicle back... but I promise you it's worth it, because they're making sure to do a great job with every car that enters their shop.
These guys will NEVER try to upsale you on anything. They will ONLY tell you something needs to get done if it truly needs to get done. And if it doesn't need to get done any time soon, they'll tell you that it's safe to wait. Their inspection reports are thorough and honest.
I know I will continue to come to this shop for as long as I live in southern California.”

Customer service was great, and they even gave me a digital link with videos about all of the maintenance so I know what to look for in the future. Overall great experience: 10/10
PS: the inspection took about 4 hours so be prepared to wait!”

After calling many shops, Ken’s Auto Center diagnosed the issue for free. I made an appt to fix my car & as promised, it was ready the next day. Everyone was so nice and helpful! I recommend Ken’s Auto Center for repairs. I don’t know anything about cars so I was a little concerned in the beginning but the mechanics there are great! “No nonsense, pick you up and get you towed.Usually culture doesn't play a part in who is providing your service but I had to cancel the first tow company. They demanded texting on the phone and sending photos of my drivers license, credit card, and vehicle, it appeared to me the other tow company was being dispatched from a liquor store, the guy was rude and demanding. Bye Habibi!I'm going to stick with Ledesmas Towing should I ever need another tow.”

He asked if I could bring car over that same day to access damage. Mike and his crew were able to do repairs and I also decided to have a new paint job. “My truck alternator was going and going. I was in my way to my mechanic at Elite Auto Repair when ol’ Myrtle went from going-going to just gone. I was stuck on the 52 East exit off of the I-5 south when my entire electrical system shut down. I was in the emergency lane with cars flying by me at 65 mph in a hurry to their own funeral, so I scooted myself into the passenger seat, put on the safety belt, and used my Allstate mobile app to get roadside assistance. Roadrunner was busy, but they made to me as soon as they could and provided quality service. He got me to my mechanic’s shop where I could safely address my truck’s needs.”

“Huge thank you to Wisam, our AAA driver with Rancho Bernardo Towing, for helping us out in Rancho Peñasquitos today. What could have easily turned into a stressful situation ended up being such a positive experience because of him.
Our engine splash guard had come loose, and we weren’t sure if we’d be able to drive safely. Wisam took the time to really assess the situation, came up with a solution on the spot, and secured everything so we could get back on the road without worry.
You can tell when someone genuinely cares about helping people, and that was absolutely the case here. He didn’t rush, explained what he was doing, and made sure we felt confident before leaving.

“I needed a jump start in La Jolla. I called several services with some wanting as much as $275 for the service. Pacific Autow came through for me at a fraction of that price. Andy, the dispatcher, was responsive to my calls and texts. He had a very compassionate, friendly demeanor that put my stressed mind at ease. When Wissam, the driver, arrived, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and a fun guy to chat with while my battery was charging. The first thing he did was state what he understood the quoted price to be and if I was in agreement. No shadiness which is what I’ve encountered before with other roadside services so that was unexpectedly refreshing. He wasn’t interested in simply passing enough current for the car to start immediately. Although I imagine that he would have obliged if I wanted to just start and go I appreciated him not rushing the process as that saved some wear and tear on my alternator. He knows how to deliver stress-free, quality roadside service. I tried to tip Wissam and he politely refused twice, saying that me being respectful towards him was enough of a tip. Andy followed up with me afterwards to make sure that all was good to go. These two guys deserve plenty of respect. I highly recommend them for your roadside needs!”
