“My rear upper control arm broke suddenly on the freeway. I call AAA and they send out some group with the worst reviews I've ever read, but they cancel for no described reason, and then it got reassign to Loyal Towing.Andy called me to confirm my location, and got to me quickly. This dude is 100% the best tow driver I've ever met. He put in the car to make sure my car's bumper didn't scrape, and was friendly the whole time. I don't even think I was in their "area" but I'm so glad they got assigned to my issue.100% would use again and super happy with the experience.”

The owners were also very patient when it came to me picking up the vehicle. I was not able to pick it up on time and the shop was very understanding. “Gabriel found us on the side of the road when he was driving past us on his way home. We had already waited 3 hours for AAA to send a tow truck and it was already 11pm at night. We were exhausted and frustrated at this point. Gabriel did not have to help us but he did. He was very professional and honest and followed through with everything he promised. I will be forever grateful for his help. Use this company if you ever need a tow and cancel your AAA if you have it because they are awful. “Bought a new house in Az and needed a car carrier to haul my show truck. U-Haul did not have anything that would be able to carry my mid sized truck and I couldn't find an enclosed either. That's when the relationship started with Penske Truck rental on Production Ave in Miramar California. My wife and I got into an unexpected bind that could have sent us back thousands of dollars. After loading up the 22' Penske truck in San Diego and my wife was pulling a trailer with her vehicle we arrived In Arizona to get our keys from the builder only to find that the house wasn't ready. I was absolutely fuming as we had nowhere to go for the 4 days it would take and all our belongings roasting away in that box truck in 110 degree weather. Ended up getting a hotel room paid by the builder. That was ok, but the other issue was extending our one way truck rental. You can imagine how expensive it already was to rent the 22' plus car carrier now I had to contend with how much will this set me back. I called Penske and explained our situation and how we were stuck in a hotel cause our house wasn't ready . To my total disbelief Seth and Julian saved the day and waved all fees for the extension. No one will ever know just how much gratitude we have towards these two gentlemen and the company as a whole. In today's crazy world we live in it is absolutely awesome to see a truck rental company who's employees are compassionate and went out of their way for a customer. I've stayed in 5 star hotels and haven't got this kind of service so THANK YOU! Like I stated earlier, you have a customer for life. Thank you to Seth and Julian from the bottom of our hearts.
