I recently visited a Verizon store with the intention of switching my five lines over from T-Mobile. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon entering, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. I looked around for a check-in system or any kind of direction but found nothing. Despite making eye contact with several employees, none of them approached or offered assistance. After waiting for some time without any engagement, I decided to leave and take my business to a different Verizon location.

Tony was amazing, very helpful in providing information regarding available promotion deals. He was kind, relatable, and professional the whole time we were there. He ended up helping me get my first phone and I’m loving it!

Ha! Where do I begin, I came to Verizon to start cellar service with them, they ended up convincing me that I could try out their gateway 5g internet for 30 days, and return it if it didn’t work out. Internet sucked, I was receiving only 1 bar. I immediately cancelled the service, and brought the equipment back to Verizon (3 days after the initial purchase). Long story short they told me I could not return the equipment in store, I’d have to call Verizon and they would send a return kit. I called Verizon over 6x over a 3 week period, I waited for a return kit 6x just for them to tell me, to go back to the Verizon store I purchased it from and return it there (that’s why the return kits weren’t coming). I did! I went back once again and tried to return it, I stayed in the store for two hours, the general manager told me I’d for sure get a return kit in the mail by Friday, lol wrong. I filed a complaint with the FCC and spoke with a Verizon executive rep 2 days later who told me that YES the Verizon store is supposed to take the equipment and he didn’t understand why they wouldn’t take it. Thankfully the executive was able to send me a return label! I’m assuming it has something to do with these bonuses for getting people to sign up smh nonetheless I will not return to this Verizon for this specific reason!

This time, Nacho and Syah helped us out! Nacho got us exactly the phone we needed, and Syah helped us through setup when the phone came in (faster than expected!) She even held our phone in the back room while it backed up so we could grab lunch while we waited. This staff is so helpful and kind. But it seems like they’re understaffed for weekends, and regional management hasn’t given the store what they need to handle an influx of customers. A paper sign-in sheet in a store that sells electronics seems a little ironic, but the employees handle it with grace.
Went in to upgrade my iPhone after dropping it and having a lot of problems. Caleb helped me save twenty dollars a moth on our plan, gave us a free iPad, and updated my phone to the newest model. We walked out of the store with everything finished for us, paying less per month than we were before, with a brand new phone, screen protector, case, and a brand new iPad and only paid $150 out of the door. Not only that, but Caleb was super nice and informative, and we got help right away!! Loved our experience here and definitely coming back here for my next phone.

We had a great experience at Verizon today because of Nacho. He was attentive and very knowledgeable about promotions and services! He provided exceptional customer service today and we will be back to this location as well as recommend others to come here for services.

After 8 months, I am still missing $800 from a trade-in. I was told they will submit paperwork for it. I'm unsure about a telecommunications company, capable of sending data across the planet at the speed of light, using a fax machine to deal in billing.

The young man who helped me was very good, but he had said I would get a “block” for my new phone, but that didn’t happen. It was a multi step process, so I think that slipped his mind. I will try to get that tomorrow. (He used the term block—I would ordinarily call it a plug, as it connects the charging cord to an electrical outlet).
