Manager Joseph was knowledgeable helpful and all the information he put out was all from memorization, I was able to fact check everything. What I expected to come in to get I was able to get more to save and great deals on devices! District Manager was super professional and was proud to introduce himself Luis. Awesome great team, everyone was super fast nice and very friendly. Best Verizon store I have ever been to! Military friendly and very supportive, military discount as well! I encourage everyone to switch over, and if you do I recommend this store hands down!!

Incredible customer service and a very nice store all around. Syah was extremely helpful and made the whole upgrade experience very pleasant. I can’t say enough good things about her. I will definitely be coming back to this store and will highly recommend them to everyone I know!

I would like this store so much more if I wasn't provided with false information at time of purchase. Seems like they just fill your ear to get you to purchase their accessories then they go back on what was offered once you're already reeled in. Learn from me and give your business to another retail store that actually keeps their word

Staff (especially a sales rep named Nafikah) is super helpful and gave me a loaner phone for a day when AT&T held my phone hostage for 24 hours not providing me service and not allowing me to switch cell phone carriers. Verizon is the way to go if you ask me. We did not experience the discount that AT&T promised us and the cell phone coverage where we live, drive and make calls from was not as reliable as Verizon’s service.

The WORST location I've been to. Waited over an hour to buy a phone, only for them to tell me it wasn't in stock and I had to wait a couple days to get it. I waited, no problem. I show up today, wait about 10-15 minutes, only for the girl in charge to say I was supposed to show up before 730, she claimed I was supposed to be given an appointment, but that wasnt the case. You cant turn customers away just because you're ready to go home. You can't waste people's time that way, especially with disdain in your tone. I walked out, and told the rep that originally helped me to cancel the order. He appeared to be busy with a family. Wasting people's time is infuriating, so much for the service industry. Verizon, hire better staff.

I am not usually the one to rag about poor customer service or just a poor performance by a company, but the last several interactions I've had with Verizon has put me over the edge. It all started with me wanting a new iPhone (15). I ordered one from a Verizon office before they were released and thought it would arrive around the release date (Sept 22). After several weeks of not receiving a phone, I went by the local store (where I ordered it) and was told I should have it within a week. Time passing very slowly...(2 more weeks) I happen to go by Best Buy and they have lots of them.... I go back by my Verizon store...they still have none, so I cancel my order and go to BB to get my new phone. (STRIKE 1) The following week it turns out that AT&T is putting fiber internet in our area, so my wife talks to them and thinks we can get a better deal with them. We cancel the Verizon 5G we have (lots of problems...we keep getting switched to LA stations on YouTube). Verizon (AT THE TIME) tells me not to return the hardware because of the age. Then I get a bill of $300 for NOT returning the hardware. (STRIKE 2) I call Verizon and they say they will send me a box and label to return the hardware. Two weeks later, box and label arrive and I return hardware the same day I received the box (Nov 14). December 6th I get a bill for the $300 for not returning the hardware. I call (rather angrily) and their "customer rep" agrees that they received the hardware back in Nov 17, but that she has to put in a "ticket" for me to get credit. Today I spent 70 mins ((STRIKE 3) on the phone with 4 different people trying to get this off my bill. They sent me a confirming email that it's corrected. Question...what would make me ever want to do business with this company again???
