“Citi bank at Otay Telegraph I give 5 stars for the great Service, it is very different than Citi bank on H Street. The Otay Telegraph bank staff are very professional, from the moment you walk in they welcome you and treat you with respect. The H location bank was the contrary, they were rude, no professionalism at all. Thank you Nalleli E. GUTIERREZ for your great service. She resolved the problem and even apologized for the H branch's rude attitude and she didn't have to do that. Thank you again”

“4 atms. 2 walk up and 2 drive up. They work fine.On September 2, 1969, America’s first automatic teller machine (ATM) makes its public debut, dispensing cash to customers at Chemical Bank in Rockville Centre, New York. ATMs went on to revolutionize the banking industry, eliminating the need to visit a bank to conduct basic financial transactions. By the 1980s, these money machines had become widely popular and handled many of the functions previously performed by human tellers, such as check deposits and money transfers between accounts. Today, ATMs are as indispensable to most people as cell phones and e-mail.”

“This review is for the photo department! I've been developing my disposable camera films at Walgreens for about 2 years now (~2-3 times at this location) and never had a problem. However, this most recent time, I guess there's been a compatibility problem with fiji film cameras ... so I received the hard copies of my photos but not the CD that it usually came with. Mark (one of the managers) was very helpful and thorough in explaining the situation to me. Walgreens had photo scanners that I was able to use to scan my photos to a CD. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to scan all of them as I had to head out for work. However, Mark took it upon himself to individually scan my photos and had my CD ready for pickup the next day. Just wanted to say THANK YOU MARK for your patience and kindness ... truly appreciate your help you're the best !!”

“I didn't think I would rate a bank but my experience today made me hop on here to write some great words for Pablo and Roberto. Pablo helped my daughter set up an account and spent time explaining in plain, simple language for her to understand her responsibilities. Then Roberto helped us with the last step and went above and beyond to show her how to set up and use the App and what to do to not overdraw. He gave practical tips that all teenagers need to know when they set up a new account. I was so impressed with Pablo and Roberto. The wait to see them was minimal and when we sat down, someone greeted us and informed us that someone would tend to us in a bit. The service was great! Thank you!”

“I'm in the process of moving in the area and this was my first time here. I had a nice young woman help me and made it a pleasant experience. I've never moved before so it's a big deal changing my routine and being in a new place, but she made it very comfortable.”

“Robert helped me with opening my business account. He is great and is genuinely interested in getting to know his client and their needs. If you need to open an account, ask for him.”
