“Great Credit Union. It's used by most of the schools. It's nice how they offer accounts to the elementary school kids to learn about savings. They also have a coin machine in the lobby. When we try report a lost to avoid fraudulent transactions, difficult is the least I can say. I tried calling the credit card department many times with zero help. On top of that, he doesn't speak any English. We are left with no choice but to visit a local branch office. There I meet Ricardo to help us successfully cancel the card and update information with ease.”

She contacted the Visa department that handles these cases and she wrote out the steps for me that had to be done to resolve the problem. Crystal was very professional, helpful and friendly.
