“Ricardo Lizarraga is the best banker I have worked with so far. My uncle lost his wallet, which holds his wellsfargo credit card. When we try report a lost to avoid fraudulent transactions, difficult is the least I can say. I tried calling the credit card department many times with zero help. On top of that, he doesn't speak any English. We are left with no choice but to visit a local branch office. There I meet Ricardo to help us successfully cancel the card and update information with ease.”
