“Ricardo Lizarraga is the best banker I have worked with so far. My uncle lost his wallet, which holds his wellsfargo credit card. When we try report a lost to avoid fraudulent transactions, difficult is the least I can say. I tried calling the credit card department many times with zero help. On top of that, he doesn't speak any English. We are left with no choice but to visit a local branch office. There I meet Ricardo to help us successfully cancel the card and update information with ease.”

“I went in to Chase to resolve an unsolicited order of supplements that was sent to me and a Visa bill on my account for $200 for the supplements. I was fortunate to have Teller Crystal to help me. She contacted the Visa department that handles these cases and she wrote out the steps for me that had to be done to resolve the problem. Crystal was very professional, helpful and friendly.
