Robert helped me with opening my business account. He is great and is genuinely interested in getting to know his client and their needs. If you need to open an account, ask for him.

I go to this location a lot and Ina is the worst and slowest bank teller have ever had. Andrea does not know what she is doing when performing transactions. The line was out the door With only 2 bank tellers and 3 managers behind the desk staring at everyone. This is by far the worst Wells Fargo location I've seen.

I needed a letter from the bank with my account details. Pretty simple really. Was told to make an appointment. I did. Was called to say they can't make the appointment. Explained this is for a business grant and I need it today and they said they couldn't do it. For being a business customer for 12 years that's a pretty shitty way to treat your "high value" customers.

I opened an account to try out the bank and receive $400 for the trial. My experience with this branch, and Wells Fargo as a whole has been terrible, It takes 3-4 calls or visits to a branch to achieve the smallest things. Now I am trying to close my account and even that is cumbersome. First I went to the branch and talked to a teller who said that I would need to speak with a banker but no one was available. They promised to call me with an appointment time but never called. I then tried closing the account by phone and after getting my information for 45 minutes they said that my balance was to big and I would have to go to a branch. I have now withdrawn all of my money from the bank so hopefully I can close the account with a phone call. I do a lot of banking and this is one of my worst experiences.

THEY LOST OR THREW AWAY MY ORIGINAL MILITARY POWER OF ATTORNEY AFTER SCANNING IT! I grew up here in Chula and have had my wells accounts since I was a teenager. For over 15 years. I have since joined the Navy, gotten married to another Navy service member and hyphenated my name, etc. I came here to deposit an escrow check to both my husband and I. Due to my husband not being listed on the account I have had since I was a teenager, they would not allow me to do so even though I have FULL POWER OF ATTORNEY due to his current deployment. They would also NOT allow me to add my husband as a beneficiary on the accounts so we could deposit the check- they refused and said "he has to be here"! Even if I brought in our marriage certificate I was told that would not suffice to add him as a beneficiary. I was told by a banker that HE WOULD HAVE TO COME IN, IN PERSON to show them the power of attorney, which I had The original IN HAND, at the branch already! How in the HELL would he be able to come in in person while he is DEPLOYED? What is the point of having FULL POWER OF ATTORNEY if Wells Fargo refuses to allow you to utilize it? I plan on closing my accounts of 15+ years and recommending my family members do so as well. If anyone in the military is considering Wells Fargo, I wouldn't. UPDATE- IT GETS WORSE! 3 days after I left this location I was scheduled to sign close of escrow documents due to SELLING a HOUSE while my husband is deployed. As I opened my important document folder I hadn't opened since leaving Wells Fargo since I needed my power of attorney to sign, I realized Giulietta the banker had only handed me back a COPY of my power of attorney stapled to a transaction record at wells. I am unable to transfer title on our old house without the original power of attorney. I called and went back to the location but Giulietta was no longer in possession of my original power of attorney needed to my family due to military deployment! When I visited previously she took it (the original) from me and scanned a copy. She said "no I didn't make a copy!" When I came back into the branch- If you didn't make a copy why the hell is there a copy stapled to my transaction receipt? She told me this with a smile on her face. This is going to cost us thousands of dollars in additional mortgage bills and will potentially cost us our home buyer if we fall out of escrow. This is serious gross negligence. I am seriously in disbelief in regards to the ineptitude displayed at Wells Fargo.

This bank is incredibly poorly managed. It takes me a minimum of 20 minutes of waiting in line every time to see a teller, once it even took me 45 minutes. They only have one teller window open during peak times. When you finally get to the teller, they always make a mistake. I have yet to go to the bank and have it be a simple errand like every other person when they go to banks. Always takes forever, horrible service and they often make big mistakes. After months of this and giving them changes and trying to be understanding, it's clear their managers have no idea what they are doing or how to run a business.

WELL I had to pick a random location because I don't know the location of the claims department that I called. So long story short Amazon.com incorrectly charged my account and put me in a bind and I read the reviews for Wells Fargo's claims department and they were pretty bad so I called them with the expectation of being treated bad, case. And point, you should never judge anyone by someone else's opinion. I do not know the gentleman's last name or what state he's in but his name is Angelo And he works in the Wells Fargo claims department and he helped me so well that he changed my perception of a entire department. He was kind, patient and positive and it is rare to find someone like that in this world. He was very knowledgeable and i felt confident that he knew what he was talking about the whole time, I hope that he reads this, or somehow he's able to see this, I don't know if someone could post this to The corporate page just so that he knows that I kept my word just like he kept his. THANK YOU ANGELO!!! Angelo should be a manager!!!!

Customer service at this location is the best I've ever experienced at any bank. I come in a lot for work-related business and always feel welcomed from warm greetings at the door to friendly conversations with tellers every time. Even on busy days, they do well to make sure things are run smoothly and guests are taken care of. They even offer water bottles sometimes on hot days or when the wait might be long. S/o to Lupita and Marco who have been around since the first time I started coming, they're always a great help :-)

Came in to do a transaction and the Asst. Branch Manager, Felix Gutierrez was very helpful. You could tell he is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. It is refreshing to have a bank experience like today. Felix is very friendly, professional, and provided the best customer service. Best banking experience in a very long time.

I have been coming to this particular branch once a month to deposit my rent into my landlords account. I do not have an account here. It is a pillar of outstanding guest service! I should know, 5 star guest service is my job. Every time I come here I am greeted genuinely with eye contact. Yesterday was no exception except that it was a very humid and hot day and when I came to stand in line they were offering small bottles of water to all patrons waiting in line and also saw teller's windows stocked with extra bottles. 5 stars! While waiting in line there is a supervisor or manager behind tellers managing the timing of things to let you know someone will be with you shortly. 5 stars! Many thanking me for my patience for waiting. 5 stars! My teller introduced herself (Lupita) and happily asked me how she could help me today. 5 stars! She also asked me at the end of transaction if there was anything else she could assist me with today and when I replied no, thank you, she direct eye contacted me and thanked me for coming. 5 stars! As I leave there is a floor attendant saying goodbye and also thanking me for coming and wishing me well for the day. 5 stars! I wish I could pick the managers brain for a couple of hours to find out how they get ALL their associates to deliver this 5 star service consistently! I'm blown away every month! This is by far the best bank branch (of any company) I've ever encountered. Keep up the excellence...it's noticed! 5+ stars!

Good Wells Fargo bank location. I came here to get a replacement check as the original one had been inadvertently shredded! The bank officer, Caroline Macareg was really helpful. I could have done this over the phone, but she still helped me out. That's great customer service. Thank you.
