We have used Precision Motors three times in the past three months and will continue to use ONLY Precision Motors for all of our vehicle maintenance requirements. Our only regret is that we did not find Hector and his phenomenal team years ago when our vehicles were new.
As stated in previous reviews, Hector is without a doubt the most professional and honest mechanic I have met in over 55 years of driving.
Hector’s expertise and integrity combined with his ability to explain the reasons various maintenance actions are required, both verbally and with photos of your car, provides a thorough understanding not only of vehicle issues, but Hector’s thoughtful and logical “it must make sense” approach and thought process.
Price-points are very reasonable, but even more important, we don’t have words strong enough to convey how much trust and confidence we have in Hector and by extension his entire team. Hector is without a doubt the most professional and honest mechanic I have met in over 55 years. His ability to explain the complicated computer-driven inner workings of today's engines in layman's terms was phenomenal. I had total confidence in him within minutes of meeting him. His first recommendation to fix my issue did not include bringing my vehicle to him. i.e....unlike a local car dealership, Hector was totally focused on fixing my problem, not how much he would be able to charge me. Hector's expertise was ultimately needed to solve my issue, but he did it at a mere fraction of the cost compared to what a local dealer had quoted. The issue on my car was self-induced by lack of preventive maintenance, but Hector's expertise and analytical approach made this lesson-learned pricey enough not to forget maintenance in the future, but a heck of a lot less expensive than posed by the dealership. Hector's sincere, candid, and forthright approach provided not only assurance that he runs a caring, trustworthy, and ultra-professional car repair business, but that he instills those qualities in all those who work for him. “Was visiting from AZ on a family emergency and my tire pressure light came on while I was driving. I had to wait until Monday the 9th as Discount was closed when I arrived on Sunday. I had the most nicest Tech named Jeremy. He noticed that all 4 tires were kinda low. He asked when they were last filled. I could not answer as the car was new to me. He explained so much. Made sure there was no nails or anything that was causing the problem. He advised once I got back to AZ to check with my local store if any other problems arise. I have never had any issues with any of these stores. No matter what State I’m in. Thank you again Jeremy.”
