“I woke up early this morning trying to get one tire patched, but then I ended being told my tires were bald, and needed a new set. Which was very much true BTW. One place quoted me $1000 including install, and I might be a woman but I knew that was ridiculous. Walmart didn’t have what I needed either. But this place! As soon as I called, an extremely pleasant and sweet Tyler answered all my questions and quoted me an extremely reasonable price, let me know he could get me in right away, and when I got to the store, I was even given a military discount! I was in a time crunch for lunch but these guys got me done in about 25-30 minutes, educated me on the importance of tire rotation, which comes free after you buy, and they were all soooo kind! Sergio put me in the "que" for tire installation and told me when to come in... I had two new tires installed and was out the door within 40 minutes! “Just returned home from this place. Although I've driven past it thousands of times as I live down the street, I had never been inside until this week when I needed two new tires.
The tires look great and time will tell how they hold up but the service was excellent. My timing was great as I arrived just as the only customer there was leaving and two others arrived a few minutes after me but I don't think it would have taken very long regardless as the staff seemed very experienced and good at what they do.
I am used to sitting for an hour or two in the lobby while waiting for my car to be ready when I've been to places like Discount Tire in the past but today I sat for five minutes as they speedily swapped out the tires, paid, and was on my way.”

“I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The tires are still have good thread and I was hopeful that it could be repaired. I went to Discount Tire in Mira Mesa and was expecting to get a sales pitch on why I needed to replace all my tires. My service representative was Mark and he quickly evaluated the issue and said he could get me in and out in 45 minutes! Not only did the fix the problem, they did it for free! I will definitely return to this location when the tires need to be replaced! Thank you Mark and team!!!!!!”
“Based on my experience yesterday, this company understands customer service. The low air light came up on the dash panel, upon further investigation it appeared that a nail was causing the problem. I took the car to Discount Tire and was helped as soon as I arrived. The representative looked at the tire, and also examined the other three. He told me it would probably take an hour,
reasonable without an appointment. It actually took 58 minutes. I was figuring it would be $25 or $30. NO CHARGE. They have a customer for life.”

“They did a great job on my Honda odyssey old minivan that has the run flat tires that no one can fix anymore.
The had used rims and tires just for the two sides I wanted and got me out the door for a 1/4 of the price that discount tire offered event after discount tires attempt to give me some road hazard credit.
Performance also did a great job with the tire sensors and only charged me $25 to reprogram and let me buy them myself!
It’s good to know there are still places out there that can be human and not corporate in how they treat their customers.”
