I also received a prompt email from the store General Manager in response to an issue I had that the store had no control over. His email was understanding and professional. It's great to be able to shop from an actual store location. These are challenging times, but we need to remember that things are going to get better in time.”

Despite being understaffed due to a couple of call-outs, the Apple specialist went above and beyond to assist my Dad with the purchase of a Mini Mac and all the necessary cords. The Mac mini with M2 chip, 8GB, 256GB SSD has proven to be an awesome computer, delivering exceptional speed and performance. The specialist was not only professional and friendly but also managed to help multiple customers simultaneously. It was impressive to witness such efficient and dedicated service. Kudos to the Apple specialist for turning what could have been a challenging situation into a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. “I recently visited this location with a sister friend who was purchasing a computer monitor, as we walked in the store she spotted the one she was interested which was right in the front of the store, as she inspected the item , a young man Adrian came right over to help us , he grabbed the item , took it to the register, helped my friend reinstate her Best Buy account and helped us to the car with the Monitor! In and Out in less than 12 minutes ... Outstanding customer service, friendly and knowledgeable! My sister friend also left her driver license at the register and he called her right away so she could double back before we hit the highway , He came outside as she pulled up and brought the license which was awesome because she recently had hip surgery , so a lot of walking can be a little much for her... Give that young man raise!! Would I patronize this location again, absolutely ! The prices are good and outstanding Customer service is everything !”
