Best Buy is a large electronics store that includes kitchen items. The service is pretty good, with some staff described as great, helpful, wonderful, kind, pleasant, and patient, who know their stuff. Many customers report positive purchase experiences and a personalized, higher level of customer service. The store is noted as being good for store pickup and drop-off. However, the in-store shopping experience can be inconsistent. The staff is hit or miss, with some employees being less helpful. Popular hot items are often gone from the shelves, leaving uninteresting leftovers, so customers frequently buy on the website or search online. The store layout has also changed, feeling like many different unrelated stores inside one big store, which some find less cohesive. While generally a favorite for computer-related items, cameras, lenses, and surround sound equipment, customers advise that you may need to verbally request help from the busy employees, who are often already on a mission for another customer. There have been isolated issues, such as receiving a bad open-box watch that was not checked properly.

Online it says 3 times are in stock, then I go in person and the area where they would be is unorganized. Ask an employee and they don’t know where it is, I end up finding it after searching the store.
