Never had any issues with renting with this location everything was alway so easy. I moved into a larger unit without any problems and great customer service. I do recommend this location for your storage needs.

This place is fantastic. Marlo and Rick from the staff were incredibly helpful. After a three-and-a-half-hour trip to CubeSmart, I realized I had left my key behind. They not only opened my unit but also assisted in getting a new lock. They even offered me water. When I found out I had rented a unit that was too small, they promptly accommodated me with a size that better suited my needs. I highly recommend anyone to use CubeSmart on Greenback Lane.

I wish I would have known about the mice or rat infestation looking closely at the unit I found the floor inside the unit with rodent poop all over the floor now I’m having to jump into action with chemical deterrent to protect my property, thank you CubeSmart for such a fabulous deal. I hope the rodents are free of charge! I hope I get a refund, fingers crossed ?The same day I posted this review I requested a refund from the local manager and I’m still waiting. Folks, don’t forget we are the consumers we hold the power.

11/13/23-My items were stolen from the Greenback Citrus Heights CA location. Their doors are not secure, and you can see where the thieves pry on them bending the door jam outwards. The doors are flimsy, and they don't even have cameras in the aisle of the units hallways. How can someone access a unit that is in a gated facility, behind two sets of locked doors, and go unnoticed? Not to mention the facilities door to the hallway wasn't broken into, just my small unit in a hallway of about 20 -30 units. This seems very SUSPICIOUS! Especially, now that I have read several more reviews stating the same thing. When this facility has a very large sign, "Stating 24-hour Security," You might as well put your items on the sidewalk in front of your house, and save your $$. I am very unhappy about this location.

Came in to compare some prices. Sheldon and Ben made the whole process a piece of cake. They even offered to have me apply for a job. They were very respectful and Sheldon is a funny guy too!

When I was moving my stuff out of this storage unit, my entire unit was covered in rat damage, everything was damaged. Very disappointing, and no one is answering phones or emails, not sure what to do next.

AVOID THIS STORAGE LOCATION! NOT A SECURE PLACE FOR YOU POSITION’S Do your research!! Too many lockers being broken into. With all the break-ins management hasn’t change the building codes. There is a person living in one of the units and management will not acknowledge them!

My items were stolen from the greenback in citrus heights CA location. There doors are not secure and you cans see where the thefts pry on them bending the door jam outwards. I wouldn't store my belongings there because it's not secure the doors are flimsy and they don't even have cameras I. The aisle of the units hallways. Very unhappy about that location.

Their units are clean and safely secured. The staff are very helpful and friendly! Check out took five minutes and the deleted my card right on the spot so I didn’t get charged anymore! Thanks y’all!!
