“I went in recently and spoke with Tom. He showed me the different building stages, and a lot of different options. I have done a lot of research on safes recently as I am planning on buying one. These really are the best you can get. They are not cheap and a little out of my price range right now unfortunately, but definitely worth it. They are made stronger than any other safe I have seen so far. They cost more because they are made better in my opinion. They are made in America, made with thicker metal, and stronger mechanical parts than other competitors. Those were the most important things to me. They are also the most attractive safe’s I’ve seen. If you want the ultimate protection, this is the way to go. Tom was also nice and really willing to help.”

“I want to write a positive review of my experience since there are such mixed reviews on J&G. Remember folks, mom and pop style local gun shops are a dying breed in California. Careful leaving negative reviews over a sensitive ego. I bought my first rifle from J & G 18 years ago when they were over in old Rocklin and am glad to see they're still holding out in CA.
I went in last week to drop off a rifle to have it worked on and to look for a specific rifle. Not having what I wanted, I headed home. Cameron called me back realizing that he didn't notice the specific model I wanted on consignment and told me about it. He sent me pictures through his personal phone which was very helpful and they agreed to sell it at a fantastic price, so I headed in yesterday to pay for it. I didn't catch the older gentleman's name who did the DROs paperwork, but he was great to work with. I had already paid when I remembered I needed a new scope cap for another setup, but I was stuck deciding between two sizes. The gentleman said "How about you take this one, see if it fits, and if it doesn't then bring it back when you pick up the rifle after the 10 day wait. We will exchange it and charge you for the correct one when you're back."
The great price, sending photos through personal phone, and the gesture with the scope cap were all acts that they didn't need to offer, but ensured I was taken care of. Don't hesitate to come to J & G. I will come back for sure.”
“Pretty much if we're invaded or an apocalypse takes place that's where I'm goin. Not to loot anything best home base you can fit lots of people in there and also the neighboring stores I mean think they're all big cement structures that have small entryways. That's a Fort my guy am I right.”
“Being new to the California Compliant AR club, I had gotten into a sticky situation with the juggernaut pin on my new AR. Called up to Ammo Depot, and spoke with Daniel who attempted to walk me through a fix. Unsuccessful, I decided to bring it in to have it assessed. Daniel not only fixed the juggernaut pin, but was kind enough to explain to me in detail how it works and how to keep the issue from occuring again. Well sure enough, I brought it home to continue on with the task originally at hand and I did it again! Only this time I was able to fix it myself, thanks to Daniel and the time he took out of his day to teach me. Great shop, knowledgeable employees, all around recommended.
