Nate was amazing when it came to customer service he updated me with everything that's going on on top of that he got it done in less than a day I really don't know any shop that has done what Nate has done from my experience Nate got my slide back to me within 2 days I was amazed ! “I went in recently and spoke with Tom. He showed me the different building stages, and a lot of different options. I have done a lot of research on safes recently as I am planning on buying one. These really are the best you can get. They are not cheap and a little out of my price range right now unfortunately, but definitely worth it. They are made stronger than any other safe I have seen so far. They cost more because they are made better in my opinion. They are made in America, made with thicker metal, and stronger mechanical parts than other competitors. Those were the most important things to me. They are also the most attractive safe’s I’ve seen. If you want the ultimate protection, this is the way to go. Tom was also nice and really willing to help.”
“I love everything about the Bass pro shops. If you Hike and camp they have everything you need. I love the gear. Everyone that works here is extremely knowledgeable. You can even buy a boat here.
Ad a hiker it is important to be prepared especially because I tend to hike a lot alone. Having the right clothes and making sure you have enough water etc requires specific products and they have it all. I love to camp and even if you like to glamp you can get so much here to make it as nice or rustic as you want it.
Fishing supplies even bait. Canoes even. I love to watch the fish in the tank as I collect my thoughts on what to buy. Great stock on footwear for all your outdoor needs and even some funny bass slip on's
If you need a crossbow they have got you.
I may be weird because I always wish they had a cafe since I make this an good day of shopping once or twice a year depending on trips planned.
They do a fantastic job and have very competitive pricing.

“I want to write a positive review of my experience since there are such mixed reviews on J&G. Remember folks, mom and pop style local gun shops are a dying breed in California. Careful leaving negative reviews over a sensitive ego. I bought my first rifle from J & G 18 years ago when they were over in old Rocklin and am glad to see they're still holding out in CA.
I went in last week to drop off a rifle to have it worked on and to look for a specific rifle. Not having what I wanted, I headed home. Cameron called me back realizing that he didn't notice the specific model I wanted on consignment and told me about it. He sent me pictures through his personal phone which was very helpful and they agreed to sell it at a fantastic price, so I headed in yesterday to pay for it. I didn't catch the older gentleman's name who did the DROs paperwork, but he was great to work with. I had already paid when I remembered I needed a new scope cap for another setup, but I was stuck deciding between two sizes. The gentleman said "How about you take this one, see if it fits, and if it doesn't then bring it back when you pick up the rifle after the 10 day wait. We will exchange it and charge you for the correct one when you're back."
The great price, sending photos through personal phone, and the gesture with the scope cap were all acts that they didn't need to offer, but ensured I was taken care of. Don't hesitate to come to J & G. I will come back for sure.”

“They have a pretty good selection of handguns, rifles, and shotguns. Also they have really good prices on bulk ammo for just about any caliber that's out there. Also if they don't have the gun you're looking for they should be able to order it as long as it's compliant with all applicable laws and restrictions. But it is advised to do your own research on what type of gun you want or what type you need for the situation so that way they can help steer you towards in the direction you need to go with firearms. Because if you go in there completely clueless about the subject then it's going to be much more of a challenge for them to help you with what you need. But either way, it's a good store.”

He found what I was looking for, he made sure it was the right measurements. He also went out to my car and made sure it would fit inside so I could take it home. Great experience”
