Sportsman's Warehouse in Rancho Cordova, CA, has been serving outdoor enthusiasts since 2014. Located near Folsom Lake, American River, El Dorado National Forest, and Tahoe National Forest, the store offers a wide range of products for hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities. The store features a large selection of firearms, accessories, and fishing tackle, catering to both beginners and experienced hunters and anglers. They now provide national gunsmithing services, adding convenience for firearm maintenance and repairs. The staff is generally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, offering education to new firearm owners and sharing expertise with seasoned shoppers. Customers appreciate the welcoming and professional customer service, although some find the prices to be higher than other sellers. The fishing department is well organized and stocked, making it easy to find gear for freshwater catches like salmon, trout, bass, sturgeon, and steelhead. However, the gun department can experience long lines due to limited staff. Overall, it is a good place for outdoor gear, with a wide product selection and friendly staff, despite some concerns about pricing and wait times.
