“This review is for the Citrus Heights Birdcage Verizon store. I bought a used iPhone from Amazon and went in to transfer my old phone over. This store is an authorized dealer. I deducted one star for Verizon charging me $29.99 to transfer my phone but aside from this I had the luck of getting Kayley to assist me. SHE'S FIVE STAR AND KNOWS HER STUFF! Kayley also helped my daughter order a new S24 Ultra phone before it came out, a watch and tablet plus go over her bill in detail and answer all her questions (we also have Verizon home wifi -- I also recommend their home wifi). These stores don't have very good yelp ratings so now you have an in with Verizon. Go in and ask for Kayley! She will hook you up.”
