Up the street was another store we went to first. We showed up at the Metro by T-Mobile down the the street at10:30 to look at some accessories. (They were supposed open at 10:00am) Walked up to the entrance and young lady was just opening the front door. We stood and waited for about five minutes looking at her inside the store. We tried to open the front door in hopes to get her attention. She was ignoring us. A good customer service staff person would have turned around said I am sorry I am running late I can help you in a few minutes. We would have been understanding. Nothing.
I am happy we ended up at this location because I do not want to spend my money at the other store! So I am letting everyone know use this store not horrible place down the road!”
“I have been a long time, T-Mobile customer and was having a difficult situation using the app! I was ready to switch carriers. I came into the store and was approached by a helpful woman. I missed her name. Unfortunately we had to escalate to the store manager Rashad. They both handled our situation with impressive professionalism, and stayed with us until the issue was resolved, including a 40 minute phone call to their corporate. I want to thank Rashad for his patience, and competence! I will remain a customer because of his efforts.”
“Walked in to return a internet box. I cancelled my service. Rosa greeted me and helped me. She was very patient sna s nice. I was in here 1 hour my Internet box was having issues to scan and return it. She had to call the about it which took extra time to be here. Which as fine. I just didn't wanna get stuck with a charge of $300 for the Internet box I was returning on my account. She made sure of it and it worked out fine.”

“I was just in this store and the staff is amazing and very welcoming didn’t know who to say thank u to first lol I had a problem the day before paying my bill so I came in to pay and had a miscommunication with a manager and had to come back and he squared everything away and made sure my service was restored he’s a great dude I even experienced a “annoying customer” and they all handled it professionally I will be returning for help again 100%”

“I visited this location earlier this week due to complications with my account and Milo assisted me. He took his time to understand the situation and guided me through what he was going to do and get my home internet back up and running. In addition, he also helped me set up a mobile line.
Throughout the interaction, Milo was very polite, understanding and did not try to upsell me. On top of that, he told me to follow up with him via text if there are any issues or if I had any additional questions, which I truly appreciated. I also noticed his team assisting other clients and they were all so genuine and respectful! A huge thank you to Milo for resolving my issue and being such a gentleman!”
“Verizon messed up big time when they put an almost $300 dollar charge on our account, for which I wasn’t informed I had signed up for. After being on the phone with customer service for several hours, all they did was credit $75. I went in this store to completely cancel our service because we were just fed up. The manager and reps here were very helpful and they were the reason I did not cancel my services completely. They helped us get our issue resolved and gave us a better and newer service, the service I had initially wanted. Huge thank you to the workers here!!”

“I disconnected the internet at work and I was having trouble getting reconnected. Of course I called in to customer service and was able to get support right away without a long hold time. Everyone was super nice from Niko (sorry if I misspelled your name) to Mark. Mark checked on my ticket that was open and was very friendly and knew what I was asking even if I didn't. Mark took the time to explain what to look at and do. I had trouble finding our network name and password. Within 20 mins later, Mark called me back and was able to provide that information for me and suggest I call back if I continued to have issues. I know Mark took his time to find the network name and password and that is really appreciated as other companies I've experienced would have just send someone out because it's easier to do instead of doing the research after business hours. “Always a busy store, but the staff keeps the traffic moving and gets to each customer as soon as possible.The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in getting you the best deal or package for the price range you want to pay.Cable, wi-fi, and/or cellular plans all in one building and one package if you want.Besides my personal experience at the store, I can manage my services on the Xfinity app and problem-solving almost anything, or as a last resort, call customer service for personal assistance.”
“The wait time was about 45 minutes but once it was our turn Dee did a fantastic job and got us taken care of quickly. Part of this was because we knew what we wanted to get done. Comcast/Xfinity is basically a monopoly in most areas and they could definitely provide a better experience by having one or two more reps at those empty desks. And Comcast phone support sucks so it wasn't a surprise that one of the customers in there taking up the most time was a Karen who was pissed off about something that sounded to me like it was the Karen's fault and not Comcast. Bottom line is Dee was awesome, did a great job, was friendly and efficient but Comcast as a company could do way better. But I'm sure that's not a shock to anyone.”
