Raley's is a long-standing store with nice people and stellar customer service. Workers are always helpful and the Bakery Department goes above and beyond. However, the location could benefit from a renovation and increased security measures. There are often not enough cashier lines, sometimes leaving only self-serve options. The shopping experience can be stressful for some, and items like pre-made sandwiches have had quality issues. Reading the detailed receipts is also noted as a challenge.
I am in Raley’s often and the store is always clean and the staff is friendly. The produce is great

Prices are higher than Safeway for a lot of items. Store is clean, employees are nice and helpful. Raleys does have just about everything I put on my list.
