Bel Air has been proudly serving the communities of Roseville and Citrus Heights since November 14, 1983. The store is known for its great products, neat and clean environment, and friendly workers. Customers particularly praise the exceptional customer service provided by Leena the clerk, who is patient, professional, and resolves customer issues. Crystal in the deli has also received outstanding reviews for her helpful assistance. While the store may be a bit pricey, customers feel they get what they pay for. Bel Air is committed to giving customers a second chance, as evidenced by their handling of a customer's mistake. Overall, the experiences at Bel Air have been positive, with the exception of one worker, Rolondo, who was described as off-putting and unfriendly.

The facilities are quite lavishly decorated and smell semi-clean for the most part. Good staff with a helping hand willing to provide any services for all the store's customers daily.
