The staff is professional, nice, friendly, sweet, helpful, and courteous. They are ready to jump through flaming hoops to solve issues and treat members as humans, not just numbers. The line moves quickly and they provide quick service. Members can get questions answered on loans, including personal, student, home equity, and vehicle loans, as well as mortgages, money market accounts, and IRAs. The credit union offers major advantages like free checking, no ATM fees at non-SAFE credit unions, low interest credit cards, and overdraft protection. I went in to change a forgotten pin and was helped and out the door in minutes. The reps who answer the phone to help with fraud alerts and manage account info are also very professional and sharp. I've been with Safe from childhood and have no bad experiences in 15 years.
