Staples in Citrus Heights is a clean store that serves as a great one-stop shop, offering printing, shipping, Amazon returns, and recycling services. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and professional, often going out of their way to provide great customer service. Many customers rely on the print center for work, noting that associates work hard to get jobs done, especially during busy times or time crunches. However, some find the store's organization lacking and feel the paper selection is minimal. While experiences are generally smooth and efficient, occasional miscommunications about job timelines can occur, though staff typically work to make things right. The store caters to the needs of small businesses, remote workers, and others, providing essential products and services for working and learning.

Service here is always great. I recently used the printing desk and the people there were very helpful as usual. It is pretty convenient to be able to make small batches of flyers on special paper without having to buy a whole box of it or havea special printer to make it. The prices are very fair for ehat you get also.
