Then as I was being helped - not an easy order (notary + prepaid envelopes) - The assisstant manager, Gerardo, and the other staff person were helping multiple people at the same time - it was art ? Gerardo crushed my order and was laser-focused, and at the same time had fantastic customer service. Thanks for a fantastic experience ??”

“I recently discovered UPS Access Point Locations and the location here at this Michael’s on Birdcage in Citrus Heights is the first store I’ve used. It’s also the only store I’ll use and think about when I need to drop off my packed and labeled packages to be shipped out. “Have gone there several times to pick up and ship packages both in the US and overseas. Everyone is very friendly and when I couldn't find a barcode on my phone for the lady to scan, she helped me find it.. she knew more about my phone than I did.. LOL!”
