1 star is to good for this place. Its dirty. Management does not fo their job by keeping the place maintained , the pool the wash room the maintenance in alot of the apartments , roaches garbage in the parking area these are just a few things there are many more. I am glad am not living there. This place should be not allowed to rent until they fix all the units, weight room wash room a d get the infestation of roaches gone. This place is a health hazard.

Do not recommend this place whatsoever, the manager Angelica rents to large groups of people to live together which makes parking unavailable they all have about 5 cars in one apartment, there's roaches everywhere in the apartments, duck poop everywhere, the workers all seem to live here and throw parties at all hours of the night, today there was a party thrown in the room next to the gym which I do not understand how that's allowed, it's late at night and the music is blasted super loud, they use the same maintenance workers to do yard work and always leave dirt on the vehicles as it if so difficult to blow it off, theres always pipes bursting causing to not have running water for hours, and instead of hiring professionals they use the same maintenance workers to fix it, I do not recommend this place

Do not rent here. I could write a book. And have the management team been honest when we moved in we wouldn't have moved in nobody would. They are under obligation to rent you a place free from infestations like the cockroach issue here is unlike anything I've ever seen. When I complained about it she implied I brought them with me. There's no hot water unless you like taking a shower at 3:00 in the morning. And dishes slimy out of the dishwasher because it's not hot enough to get them clean. There's a laundry room that has more broken washers than functional. A weight room you can't use and another room that we pay for you can't use. There's a swimming pool that's full of duck poop and feathers.. and has to be maintained a little better than it is. And also chickens and roosters that parade around here like they've been here for years.There's a hot tub that's not. The pool rules are not followed the gate is quite often left propped open. Safety hazards all over the place. Most places have little to no handrails go in that little stairs there are from the street walk up. There's nothing fantastic about the balconies and patios. Mine is full of dry rot and spiders and nails and needed painting 10 years ago from the looks of it. I only wish I had known about these things before I moved in. I am 71 and disabled in this place does not cater to that at all. The maintenance crew is also the landscapers and they're not good at both. And they don't speak English.They do the lawns and then blow it back onto your patio. Don't get me wrong they're nice people but not multitalented. I've spoken to many of the neighbors throughout the complex and they all say the same thing and none of it's nice. So take a drive by. Walk around. Come at night when you can see the cockroaches crawling all over the sidewalks or check out the laundry room on a hot day they like that. Run don't walk to any place but here.

I lived in this complex for just over a year, and unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. What seemed like a decent place at first quickly turned into a nightmare due to ongoing issues and mismanagement.
To start, the maintenance team has been consistently unprofessional and unreliable. My air conditioning unit broke six times in a single summer, leaving me and my SMALL CHILD in unbearable heat for days at a time. Despite repeated requests, the fixes were always temporary and clearly done without addressing the root problem.
The gym has been out of order for months, with no signs of repair or communication about when it will be functional again. It’s advertised as an amenity, but don’t expect to use it.
Insulation in the units is poor—you’ll hear every step from the floor above, and your utility bills will reflect just how inefficient the apartments are at regulating temperature. My walls even has water damage and would easily break due to poor patch work.
On top of that, I’ve dealt with cockroach infestations and even black widow spiders inside my apartment. When I reported these issues, the response was slow and lacked any real concern or urgency. It was clear that pest control wasn’t a priority.
Most disturbing of all, there was an instance where maintenance entered my apartment without proper notice or my permission, which is not only unprofessional but also a serious violation of privacy and tenant rights.
I rarely write reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn potential renters about what they might be signing up for. This complex has potential, but it’s currently plagued by mismanagement, neglect, and a lack of respect for its residents.
I would not recommend living here.

We've been visiting some of our friends for a couple days now and we started noticing people recording us like really weird right? I mean from teens to adults to management to matianence and some I don't even think worked here and I mean it's not like we were causing any trouble or anything I mean simply going to our car and back we had people tell us that if we're not residents that we had to leave people watching us from there windows just getting a soda from the vending machine it's kind of hard to explain through text but none the less I think there is a very big problem here and it's not bugs more like law suite.....

Horrible horrible horrible management. They never want to do their job. The apartments have cockroaches and I had to get my own spray to get rid of them myself because they kept calling “pest control “ and we were doing all the protocols. “Manager” doesn’t do her job ever. They have the entrance to the office blocked off like the tenants are animals and they have to let you in one by one. For almost 1700 I sure don’t get my money worth. Everything is falling apart and they refuse to look.

Keep looking if you are considering this complex. We've been here four years and the jacuzzi is still broke, the clubhouse is a storage room for maintenance, but now considered the office since a tree fell on the original office, the laundry machines are always out of order but they'll take your money and you will not get reimbursed but told that's not their problem you'll have to call the company they go through. There is a roach problem throughout the complex, kids get bored and decide to draw penis' and boobies with chalk on the sidewalk. I haven't had a problem with management, maintenance and response calls. The positive has been my kids building friendships. We like the location. Every night you will hear someone doing donuts in the mall parking lot. I'm frustrated with whomever owns this property, doesn't seem like they care.

Way to overpriced infested with bugs if people are dirty, next door or whatever you're going to end up having bugs in your house. No cap unless you're clean. Person and the people that are by you are clean. Your facility would be clean if people are dirty. You know what time it is but definitely not worth it back in the days it used to be for the price but now it's way too high just because you're close to sunrise Mall and all the restaurants around you ?

I swear. Property management really needs to have a talk with their tenants. ESPECIALLY on the Sunrise Vista side. These residents don't understand that they can't be parking in Legacy' Park's apt parking lot. So inconsiderate and rude. Ya'll got your own parking lot and spots AND street parking. Maybe don't park in other lots? Tip: Once you're towed, it's like $400 to get your car. Be smart. Don't be an a******
