“Huge thank you to Menas for their help today! My boyfriend got stranded in a remote area in the mountains when his car wouldn't start, then my thermostat broke and my car overheated on the way up to rescue him. Menas got BOTH our cars onto one truck and towed home. Such a relief after one company wouldn't come get us at all and another would only tow to Pollock Pines. Menas got them both home safely to Carmichael, about a 2 hour drive. The price was very reasonable considering the distance and the fact that it was two cars in a remote area. So grateful! Menas to the rescue, and they're saved in my phone for any future towing needs! Highly, highly recommended.”

“My car broke down and needed towing. It was close to midnight I was calling around to towing and people were telling me $250-340 because it was so late and these were their night rates. They all told me If I wanted lower/better rate I would have to wait till the morning.I called Good ol brother towing & not only did they give me the best rate; once I told them my situation they actually lowered it even more to $175 to help me out and didn’t make me wait till morning . They came within 10 mins and got my car back home safely. My family is very appreciative. Thank you !!”

“I own a RV but not a tow vehicle so I called this company because they were located close to where the RV is stored. They transported my RV from Roseville to Antioch and back. They were very communicative and informed me if there were any delays. They were helpful: the RV tongue had to be manually cranked up and they did that for me, as well as checking the tire pressure before moving it. They stayed on top of everything. They are awesome and a delight to work with!!”

“Tonight AAA had us waiting on the freeway for over an hour and half and still didn’t find us a “dispatched driver” called G&O directly and then they had Stewart on his way within 15 minutes and didn’t give us a quote but insisted on calling AAA directly to say they accepted the call … long night but trust G&O in an emergency any day any time they are reliable and Stewart kept me posted and got my kids safely off the freeway!”
“No one wants their car impounded. Ever. I went away to get my life in order for about a month, I came back and my RV was impounded. It was my home before I went away. I had called in a few times to check in on the RV and they were patient/sweet/understanding every time. As hard as all of this was, everyone was so kind in helping me get it back. They helped me with what steps I needed to take to get it out of impound. They let me wash all the dirt off so it would be presentable on the road and even let me throw some broken items I had in the RV prior to my move. As much as I hated paying the invoice they were kind and empathetic the whole time.”

“I met Dave as a referral from a friend. I wrecked the front right side of my car which includes two pannels. Because the hits were the size of a melon, Dave and his team had to replace the pannels and the right grille. They were fantastic in customer service and the job that they was amazing.
