“So I hate taking my car into the shop. I rarely do. I have a silver Honda S2000 and after making numerous tries to get the cruise control working on my car I gave up and took it in. Adam at the front desk was great and very friendly. I could tell from the beginning my car would be well taken care of. The mechanic who worked on my car also did an amazing job. Communication was great, the price was very affordable and most importantly my concerns were very well met and they even gave an extremely detailed courtesy inspection on top of it all. Like I said I do not take my car in often but my goodness this was a great place to go and if I run into anything I cannot fix on my S2000 in the future, Jack Dane is where I’m taking it.Thanks a lot guys,-Den”

“My car broke down and needed towing. It was close to midnight I was calling around to towing and people were telling me $250-340 because it was so late and these were their night rates. They all told me If I wanted lower/better rate I would have to wait till the morning.I called Good ol brother towing & not only did they give me the best rate; once I told them my situation they actually lowered it even more to $175 to help me out and didn’t make me wait till morning . They came within 10 mins and got my car back home safely. My family is very appreciative. Thank you !!”
“I own a RV but not a tow vehicle so I called this company because they were located close to where the RV is stored. They transported my RV from Roseville to Antioch and back. They were very communicative and informed me if there were any delays. They were helpful: the RV tongue had to be manually cranked up and they did that for me, as well as checking the tire pressure before moving it. They stayed on top of everything. They are awesome and a delight to work with!!”

“Wow where do I begin. Art blew me away with how fantastic he made my crashed car look. I mean ladies check this car out. Not only did he wash and shine it for me but I have a new hood and bumper too! My car was crashed really badly and now it looks so pretty and beautiful. Art really fixed my car and it drives straight now. He aligned it as well as putting all the details that matter such as the hybrid signs etc. Stop searching for a body shop and ask for Art. He made sure I was informed every step of the way and that I was comfortable when at the shop. I got tears in my eyes seeing how beautiful he made my car. “Used them for service on our diesel RV. Each time they were great. First job was diagnosing brake issues that was taken care of overnight. Second time was performing CARB (smog test). No appointment needed and they took care of it within 2 hours. Was offered to stay but decided to leave it. Additionally, the cost was half the price quoted from other shops. Staff very nice and took care of everything. All and all, they are great shop for diesel RV’s.”

“The serpentine belt on my car broke about 7 miles from home at 10pm on a Saturday night. I was with my son and we called AAA for a tow home, figuring we'd wait about an hour at least, but the driver from Loyal Towing arrived within 15 minutes. He was incredibly kind, professional and conscientious. Two days later, we called AAA again to request a tow from my home to a local mechanic, and they sent Loyal Towing. Again, their driver arrived quickly (a different driver than before) and was also extremely thoughtful, professional and kind. “I called several tow companies. Q's tow was the first to call back. The gentleman on the phone was very respectful
And the service was very prompt. He arrived within 25 minutes, got the car hooked up and got my son out off the side of the road and car home safely. I would hope I wouldn't need a tow service again, but if I had to have a tow truck, I would definitely call Q's if I was anywhere in the Sacramento region, and wouldn't hesitate to refer anybody needing tow truck type services that's in the Sacramento area. Q's is the one to use. They also had very reasonable pricing which made the service that much better.”
