The ladies were so patient, helpful, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They really took the time to listen and made the whole experience feel special instead of rushed. You can truly tell they care about their customers and love what they do. Finding a place with this level of professionalism and warmth is rare these days. “I LOVE Ross!! Spent 194.00 yesterday and got THREE outfits and a dress for work and a set of sheets!! (Oh! The cutest brown handbag!!) Only thing is- you can't put anything in the dryer without significant shrinkage. But I do LOVE ME SOME ROSS!!???”
