Was able to make an appointment so had little wait time. Agent was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the only stores that carry the X1 boxes are in Roseville or Folsom. No one in Citrus Heights/Carmichael has the newer tech??!! Come on Xfinity, if you offer it every store should carry it.
