This place should be ashamed of themselves for being absolutely incompetent and incapable of actually providing the service they sell people in the time frame that they promise their clients all while allowing themselves an 8 hour window at the least expecting you have no life or anything better to do than to be stuck literally all day waiting at home for the package they said would be delivered that day just for them to not deliver it after you sat there waiting wasting all the time that could have been spent doing other way more productive things. This happens every single time I order an item and the company decides to ship through an incompetent delivery service that doesn't only waste your whole day but then also updates finally after 8 pm and now delayed with no arrival date and them obviously assuming I must have nothing else to do other than wait around at home for days to bring the package the have already been paid to deliver days ago. Horrible and less than substandard service with these people.

The drivers lie! they never tried to attempt any delivery and mark the customer unavailable. I sat at the office in front of the glass door from 8:30am to 4 pm and the they marked us closed at 10am without any signs of a FedEx truck or person. It's happened multiple times already!

My package arrived at this location with a damaged label, so the label was recreated the same day, and it's been delayed for the past 3 days. The FedEx representative called this location directly, and they did not answer. She left a VM asking them to contact me. Now they opened a case to figure out what happened to my package. This package is for my business, and I am losing money every day that passes by. I hope FedEx finds my box or reimburses me for the $2,000 I spent on this product.

Lazy drivers. I've been tracking a package which which was on their vehicle since 4:30am. By 12:20pm, they updated the tracking info saying I wasn't available to receive. Bunch of liers. I have not left home because I need these items. Bad service!

The guy in the front desk have bad attitude, I'm trying to get my delayed package stucked in here, but he said my package is ground, so he can't get it. Told me I shouldn't come here at the first place. Sad service. Good Bye Fedex...

05/25/2023 05:30pmI brought the door tag for the FedEx package I need to pick up, but the staff refused to accept it and insisted on seeing an ID, Feeling disappointed, I left the store and closely examined the door tag I have on hand. To my surprise, there was no mention of the requirement to bring an ID for package pickup. Encouraged by this discovery, I resolved to give it another attempt.Afterward, I returned to the store to inquire about alternative solutions to avoid making another trip. The staff responded by questioning why I had driven there without my ID. Feeling frustrated with their attempt to blame the customer, I decided to leave as I believed the conversation had reached an impasse.I'm just running a family errand in town, so it's unreasonable to expect me to have someone else's ID on hand. In my opinion, their behavior is making the pickup process difficult and they lack empathy.

How hard is it to do your job ??♂️These guys are unreal no effort... makes me wonder how they have and keep a job. But what's worst is this giant company frdex knows there's a problem and makes no effort to fix it. Smh!
