About FedEx Ground
FedEx Ground is a busy delivery business that handles important packages, like medication, ensuring they arrive on time and to the correct address. The facility has small premises with useful amenities for truckers, including bathrooms with free showers and snack machines. Truck entry is from the north side, past several warehouses, as the entrance is not marked or easy to find. Some customers mention that delivery drivers may face challenges in gated communities, requiring packages to be picked up directly from the facility. At times, drivers wait several hours for load completion, and safety vests are required to work. The staff at the facility are described as nice and helpful. Overall, FedEx Ground is a crucial service that strives to deliver packages efficiently, despite occasional logistical issues.

Delivered my package to my neighbors house TWICE. Took them a few days to even tell me that they delivered it wrong.

Do they really expect me to be home from 9am-8pm and then try and deliver when the wife is picking up the kids from school. Driver tried delivering 3 times at the same time. Needless to say I had to go and pick it up myself. On top of that driver told me on the Ring camera he would come back, never did.
