I came in on 3/7 a little after 1 pm and received awful customer service. The employee that was there was extremely rude and lazy.

They lost my $600 package, and when I tried to find out what happened, I was brushed off with a very dismissive attitude. The woman working at the lower counter on Monday had one of the worst customer service attitudes I’ve ever experienced. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Went inside to drop regular mail in white box. Several mail with personal checks inside, lost never delivered to recipient. Terrible experience
