Visited the office 3 times to investigate a missing package, everyday someone there promised to call me back the same day but they never did. Also I tried to call like 30 times but they never pick up the phone. Worst USPS ever, RIP if your address is under this office.

Don't bother coming to use the self-service kiosk! The website indicates that this locations kiosk is 24 hours and thats a lie, doors were locked! Wasted my time and gas.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I have called this facility over 10 times and within one of those calls, they answered. Sat there for 6 minutes, and then put me on, hold for another 20 they just keep hanging the phone up.Bad service
