“I came on a Saturday, and I spent about an hour trying to get a passport scanned. The machine reset 4 times… I was beyond frustrated. However, an employee (I think he was the manager) helped me get it done. He was so helpful, and I saw him helping out an elderly man when I got to the office earlier. This is the first time I had experienced such a great customer service at a FedEx office.”
“Entry for truck is in the back. This place is small but has bathrooms with free showers and snack machines for truckers. The entrance for trucks is not where the GPS tells you, you have to go on the north side and pass several warehouses of other companies and there is a small entrance without a sign or indications”
