“This Daiso is located on Chino Ave. and Peyton Dr. by 99 Ranch Market in the Rolling Ridge Plaza with plenty of parking.
This is a Japanese store that reminds me of an upgraded version of a 99-cent discount store, but of course, much better products. Daiso sells a variety of things such as food, snacks, toys, decorations, housewares, hair accessories, and lots of cute & useful stuff.
Staff was friendly. I had a good experience here, and it's definitely an enjoyable spot.”
“Every time I come here I always spend wayyy to much money. So many cute things especially if you have kids. I love the variety of stuff. It's always clean when I come so it's easy to navigate through the aisles with a stroller. Staff is nice as well.”

“Oh boy was this store a mess, but now remodeled and looking great! My favorites here are the little craft containers that work well for storing beads and such, and the plastic kitchen storage containers that I also use to store craft parts. (Note that the small cylindrical storage containers for beads are not in the craft section but close by and adjacent to the sequins.). The kitchen storage section has recently been refilled with a variety of sizes and shapes of containers. Be sure to check out the cookie mixes because they are a smaller size than those in the grocery stores and perfectly sized for a quick batch of cookies. Affordable too!”
“Great location and is full of everything fun and wonderful. This location is extremely clean and fully stocked! The customer service is on point! You walk in and see great holiday-themed items. The only bad thing is, a few homeless people are walking in and out. Just ignore it and shop! Great location!”

“Haven't been to Dollar tree in a long while. Store was well stocked and neat despite the crowds. I think the cashier was Eleanor(name started with an E but tag was a little blurred), she was wearing festive holiday accessories. She was so kind and helpful making sure we were all helped as quickly as possible with a kind smile. She was very efficient and I appreciate that. She was careful with my husbands reading glasses we were purchasing and was sure to keep them separate as I requested. Thank you Eleanor.”

“It's always ok when I go but the one thing that I don't really see when I go to the 99 is there's ONLY 1 register open but when I go to the 99 there are more than 1 register open. That's the only beef I have with Dollar Tree.”
“Today I went to big lots in Chino, and bought some Christmas ⛄? items which were 50% off. I got two Christmas socks which were $2.74 each for 3pk. And two different Christmas candles large sizes were 50% off $6.99 a "Winter Village " hot cocoa & whipped cream". And a naughty and nice candle has dog paws and dog cover but it's for adults; Winterberry Pine. I wanted to give 5 stars to a checker named (Fabio), he has a nice deamenor, helpful, courteous, great customer service. He checked prices for Christmas stuff and wrapped my candles. Very thoughtful! Thank you, Happy New Year!”

This store has always been a reliable shopping destination for me, thanks to its consistently well-stocked shelves. Whenever I walk in, I know I can find what I'm looking for. It's worth noting that while Dollar Tree used to exclusively offer $1 items, I have noticed a gradual shift towards items priced at $1.25 to $5.00. This change has been a bit disappointing, as part of the store's charm was the affordability of everything. However, it's important to manage expectations regarding the range of products available. Fresh produce and healthy food items are not to be found here, so it's best to look elsewhere for those needs. One positive addition to the store is their gift card center, where you can conveniently load up gift cards. It's a convenient service that adds value for customers. Dollar Tree also excels in providing interesting seasonal items. During the summer, I particularly enjoy purchasing their lemon-themed cups. It's a great place to find affordable seasonal decor and supplies. When it comes to snacks, Dollar Tree is a haven. They offer a wide array of candy options to satisfy any sweet tooth. Additionally, the store is a go-to for gift wrapping supplies, balloons, and other party essentials. The variety and affordability of these items make them a real bargain. However, I do have a couple of concerns that prevent me from giving Dollar Tree a perfect rating. Firstly, the staff often appears overworked, and as a result, the lines at the checkout can become quite long. It's clear that additional support is needed to maintain efficient service during busy periods. Secondly, the manager's demeanor leaves something to be desired. They don't always exhibit the friendliest attitude, which can detract from the overall shopping experience. Lastly, the pricing at Dollar Tree has been on the rise, with some items now reaching surprisingly high price points. It's disheartening to see the store depart from its original concept of offering everything at an affordable $1 price. Some of the current prices seem excessive and out of line with what one would expect from a dollar store. Taking all factors into account, I rate Dollar Tree in Claremont with a solid 4 out of 5. It remains a dependable shopping destination, thanks to its extensive selection and reliable stock. However, improvements in staff support, manager attitude, and pricing policy would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for customers.”
