“Had'nt shopped here before, but we stopped in to buy supplies to try to save a feral kitten. I recognized the lady behind the counter, but couldn't place where I knew her from. Lo and behold, she had worked at the vet we went to, but is now managing this store. She is such a wonderful person, incredibly caring and knows so much about pets and their care.
