“Great selection of real meat treats. We normally get our girl the knuckle bones and the ones fron Petsmart have no meat on them. Got her one here and it was full of meat and fat. She also loves this sausage thing there that we use to crumble on top of her food.”

“My mom got me the best gift of my life from this pet store and I am forever grateful! He is a pug named Shorty, whom is now 13.5 years old. The owner of the store said she thought his mother delivered all of the puppies, but after leaving the room for a few minutes or so, as the story goes, she came back into the room and there he was on the floor. She had to give mouth to mouth to revive him, because he was suffocating. Thank god that she did. She said she would walk around holding him all day as she worked, and that she and her husband were contemplating keeping him, because they were becoming attached to him. Thank god for me that didn't happen. Otherwise, I would have never received the greatest gift of my life and my best friend Shorty. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you to the owners, and to everyone else, that this is a great store to get your pet from. Thanks again?”

“Staff was very kind and helpful and knowledgeable this location was out of our area but had to be out in Rancho for other reasons but close enough that it really wasn't out of our I really appreciate that reptile island location staff totally awesome staff ( we are really close to the Yorba Linda location) also love the friendly pups that hang around the stores, anyways if you are looking for unique reptiles they have some of the most beautiful and amazing color patterns especially the snakes I really wish I could've taken the Applegate Gopher snake home. Just don't have enough room for another critter right now.”

We were greeted by Odyssey who went above and beyond to help us figure out the best way to take care of our kitties. “I’ve been looking for a place that could help cut my birds wings that’s closer than the magnolia pet farm. I called and she charged 7 which is worth not having to drive all the way to riverside. Great customer service! Had an awesome toucan just chillin that you could have jump on your arm. A good selection of birds, fish, mice, Guinea pigs, a few turtles lizards and snakes as well. It didn’t seem like the snakes were too cramped like I’ve read in other reviews. Maybe they listened to the reviewers and realized their mistakes? Anyway, I’ll most likely come back here for the wing clipping.”

“Had the Kitty litter I use that is hard to find and usually a bit on the pricey side but Pet Supplies Plus had it for several dollars less ! Employees were friendly and helpful ! They did not have much of a toy or collar section for cats. Also no big cat litter boxes !”

“I've bought supplies from this location in person and online through curbside pickup. Their hay is great! I love that they have orchard hay since I'm allergic to the others and it's affordable. This was one of the locations I was considering when adopting a rabbit. Like any good rescue, there is a vetting process and they responded to my application with an email and phone call within 3 days.”

“So cute and so perfect!! Arrived quickly! It was really easy to set up just looking at instructions, I installed it upside down, I found that easiest to do. Pretty sturdy also! The lil voids loved it instantly with some catnip of course lol. If you’re worried about it not being sturdy enough and being knocked over I would just add a brace to the cat box to the wall should be pretty good then. Also came with a little rubber brush for cleaning cat hair off!”

“It is more on the expensive side, but I think it is worth it if my pet is eating great QUALITY food! I don't buy from petsmart or petco anymore. I have a Pomeranian and he has had a big hair loss problem over the past year. He was dealing with Post Clipping Alopecia! His loss of hair started after we took him to a groomer in town over a year ago and they shaved him without my permission!!! Ever since 2 months ago, he has started eating Stella and Chewy's raw frozen food on top of giving him some omega 3 oil his hair has grown back a lot! Petco/petsmart only have freeze dried, they don't have the ones in the fridges like this place. I have struggled so much with trying every remedy to help grow his hair back before I came across this store. I also, bought goat milk from this place and he loves it as well!! I'm so thankful for this store!”

“OMG, found this place on a whim and checked it out based on the great reviews. Such great prices! Brand new cat trees for $30 and up. Lots of clearance items too. They will even sell their floor models, I got a $225 cat mansion used (they have 4 resident cats) for $150. It's sturdy and well built, I'll have to vacuum it when I get home but my cats aren't picky. You can tell what the cats like by how much fur on the floor models LOL!”
