Our 2001 Toyota Tacoma V6 is a great truck, but it had been sidelined for years due to medical issues, sitting under a tree without even an oil change. Taking it to Concord Auto Service was the best decision we could have made.
From the start, we were impressed. Our service advisor, Anthony, made us feel listened to and carefully taken care of. Their use of technology was a game-changer; they immediately sent a link to a detailed list of needed work, so I didn't have to struggle to understand technical details over the phone. Anthony stayed in constant contact, ensuring we were informed and comfortable with every step.
They completed the work more quickly than estimated. When we picked up the truck, we were blown away by the extra mile they went: the owner comped us some parts due to the large job, they had cleaned the interior, and even power-washed the truck bed, which had literally become one with the tree it was parked under. As a final touch, they ran out and changed our windshield wipers for us.

“I brought my 2022 Crosstrek Subaru in for the second time. It only has 10,000 miles on it but maintenance agreement was up at the dealership. Last year he went over all the visits I had at the dealership and basically they just rotated the tires & changed the oil. I thought the dealership was doing more. I like Franks. Friendly and kind. I asked about my brakes and he said I have another ten thousand miles to go on them. I love that they are just down the street from Rossmoor and I have always heard good things about them. I had an excellent experience. Ride back & forth. Service was oil change & tire rotation. Plus the air conditioning so maybe that included a filter. I don’t know.”

“Great auto shop for my Mercedes. The C300 was overheating sometimes, but not all the time. So, I needed a diagnosis and repair. From start to finish, the team took care of me. Tiffany was great at guiding me through the steps and explaining what needs to be done. The technician, Joe, did great work diagnosing and repairing the car. He was patient with all of my questions. When things got really complicated, Ian (shop owner) was able to dig through his decades of Mercedes knowledge and solve the problem. Autohaus also stands by their 3 year warranty. When an adjacent issue occurred with the car after the repairs were made, they readily looked into it and repaired it. I was really impressed by the complete service at Autohaus.”
