“My tailpipe rusted off and for a good price replaced it. Had everything done within an hour and a half, then noticed an exhaust leak which they welded back the metal. Definitely will be coming back when work is needed under what they can do. They do more than exhausts, and will do breaks, suspensions and radiator changes.
Thanks to West Coast Muffler, my truck is back to its usual peppy self and with them finding that exhaust leak in front of my muffler, i can feel better acceleration and no more excess noise coming from my exhaust.”

“Great drop off experience. The service advisor was friendly and professional. I had a decent cup of coffee in the waiting area before leaving to take a walk and then go home. I was contacted with a service video and told when the service was complete. When u picked up my vehicle it was returned to me in fair condition. The service was performed well. The bag thing was the technician left dirty fingerprints in the interior. Otherwise everything else was good.”

Rodion was easy to get hold of for an appointment; opinion of what repair my car needs was given very quickly; Rodion even had similar part of the car on his table as an example, and he showed me what exactly happened with it, how they are going to fix it, and what NOT to do to prevent it from happening again. “Choe is the man, I called a bunch of different places and he gave me the best deal on installing my struts and used customer supplied parts which most places will not do. Also he tried helping out my car after I was in an accident and every other place I talked to wouldn't bother unless they fixed the car perfectly and costed thousands of dollars. He got my car back on the road for a fraction of the price, and put in more effort than most mechanics would for that cost. Very happy I found this shop”
