“I was referred to Fred by my friend/classmate/co-worker. They were friends growing up. Fred did an excellent job for me. So far I know I can trust his work, and I will be taking this car and my other Honda to him for maintenance and repairs. Thanks Fred & Crew. I recommend this shop for repairs that are too big/complex to handle and it’s a great alternative to going through a dealership for repairs. If you live in the Concord area, stop by and say hi to Fred. Cheers”

“Choe is the man, I called a bunch of different places and he gave me the best deal on installing my struts and used customer supplied parts which most places will not do. Also he tried helping out my car after I was in an accident and every other place I talked to wouldn't bother unless they fixed the car perfectly and costed thousands of dollars. He got my car back on the road for a fraction of the price, and put in more effort than most mechanics would for that cost. Very happy I found this shop”

“My tailpipe rusted off and for a good price replaced it. Had everything done within an hour and a half, then noticed an exhaust leak which they welded back the metal. Definitely will be coming back when work is needed under what they can do. They do more than exhausts, and will do breaks, suspensions and radiator changes. Thanks to West Coast Muffler, my truck is back to its usual peppy self and with them finding that exhaust leak in front of my muffler, i can feel better acceleration and no more excess noise coming from my exhaust.”

“Our 2024 Mazda got scuffed up and needed repair to avoid rust. Bay Auto Body did and excellent job, it looks like the damage was never there! Price was extremely reasonable for the work required (dent repair, paint blending, etc) and the result. Greatly appreciated their honesty. While you never hope you need a body shop, I would definitely go to Bay Auto Body again for anything body related I needed in the future.”

“Miquel is a amazing guy and does amazing work. After quotes from 2 Body Shops for 6k, I was referred by my son's friend to Lepis. Miquel's shop did the work at a fraction of the other shops prices and his work is amazing, his communication was great and the car was repaired in a timely matter. Miquel takes pride in his work and treats his clients like family. He is an awesome person. I highly recommend Miquel and Lepis Customs for your cars body work.”

“Highly recommend Frank’s. He just did the timing belt on my 2006 Tundra. Fair pricing with quality parts and top notch work. Communicated great through the process, and went out of his way to look at a couple of other concerns I had on the truck and didn’t even charge me extra. He is my go-to for any repairs that I can’t do at home.”

“Mark is the best and most trustworthy mechanic I've ever worked with. In this day and age, it's so hard to find people who are both highly competent and highly caring. Mark is both. Over the past 40 years I've been to several shops (including official Toyota dealers) that either overcharged me, upsold me services I didn't actually need, or botched the work and created more problems than I started with. I've been taking all four of my vehicles to Mark for the past few years and have always been happy with his work--and even more important, impressed with his integrity and genuine caring. It's obvious Mark's focus is 100% on solving my problem and not on trying to squeeze every dollar he can from me--unlike Toyota dealers--and I never worry about getting overcharged or upsold. I'm also always confident Mark will do the work right. If I could rate him 10 stars, I would.”

Thank you everyone at Big O tires on Clayton Road in Concord!”

“Alfredo is the best mechanic you’ll find. He has helped us multiple times over the years but this summer he spent so much time helping us sort out a tricky issue on our 1997 4 runner. He went above and beyond until he was able to diagnosis and solve the problem completely. He is patient, thorough and has great integrity. He is a great communicator and was always mindful of the costs that we would incur. He has earned our loyalty. Everyone in his shop was helpful and friendly and truly cared about helping us solve our problem. I can’t recommend Advanced Mobile Auto enough!”

“I had a great experience with Monument Auto Masters. They worked on my 2016 Chrysler 300 and did engine repairs quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was their honesty—they were upfront about pricing and didn’t try to upsell me. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and I definitely felt comfortable here. Highly recommend and will be back with any future work I may need on any of my cars! 10/10 definitely recommend!”

“We were headed out of town last week for a wedding in Lake Tahoe towing our 5th wheel with 3 dogs on a much needed break. Tire starting quickly losing air around the corner from Concord Tire Center. We rolled in the parking lot in a panic and was quickly helped pulling a nail from our truck tire and quickly back on the road in less than 45 minutes. WOW, how lucky we were to need help when this crew was happy to save the day with professionalism and quick action. In the summer heat with dogs and plans for fun, this nail and unfortunate tire situation could have been VERY bad! Thank you, Concord Tire Center. We will be back, you have certainly earned a new customer and we are so grateful!”

“My BMW started making strange noises, so I knew I had to take it to a mechanic. RA Motorwerkz was recommended to me from one FB groups and I decided to try them. Rodion was easy to get hold of for an appointment; opinion of what repair my car needs was given very quickly; Rodion even had similar part of the car on his table as an example, and he showed me what exactly happened with it, how they are going to fix it, and what NOT to do to prevent it from happening again. Being a detail oriented and curious person, I appreciate the explanation a lot. The car was fixed shortly, thanks to the entire RA Motorwerkz team and technicians ❤. Rodion also recommended, how to fix an additional, cosmetic issue on the door handle, and he ordered and installed the door handle kit for me while working on the main issue! Highly recommending RA Motorwerkz team!”
