“Love the mulch at EcoMulch. It’s far and above my favorite among the Bay Area suppliers. Just got 12 yards of the Mini Natural and the texture and makeup is very consistent. This company also has the most considerate, capable, and friendly drivers. No matter how challenging the driveway, they alway do an excellent job placing the mulch.”

“Contra Costa Topsoil is a family run operation. You can tell because they go the extra mile for you. Tonja works in the office --and she makes deliveries too! She's very professional and friendly. Arrived on time as promised and took great care in maneuvering the truck to an area we picked. She took extra precautions to prevent damage to edge of the pavers and made sure to ask about any sprinkler heads being in the area. In scheduling the delivery she gave up some of her weekend to make this delivery happen in a timely manner. I really appreciate this extra attention to detail, and you can be sure we will be returning customers. THANK YOU TONJAAlso: I Iove the special Ruth Bancroft Blend Soil which they make onsite. It is a light mix; has pumice and perlite as well as other ingredients which ensure drainage and a steady diet of micronutrients. In addition to using it to make some raised succulent/cactus beds I'm spreading it lightly over my whole garden.”

It had been sometimes since I use my Home Depot card and that was not an option while I was shopping online. I did reach out to the customer service line and the gentleman was very helpful pleasant Was able to find me easily and we had a wonderful discussion. I added a fairly significantly priced item to my order at that time mainly because I just felt comfortable. Customer Service on the phone call was above and beyond. Now I had set both of my orders it had to be split, because the large one was coming from a different warehouse For delivery. A smaller order of some galvanized roofing material and a couple other things I set up for delivery. It was easy it was very inexpensive and it was at my house before I woke up look I've got access to trucks if I ask, I do have a utility trailer. It's kind of a pain in the you know what to hook up and get down there and get back home absolutely, wonderful experience with that delivery now I am able to jump to work first thing this morning with everything that I need. I will continue to shop at Home Depot. Thank you for the great service.”

“Today we needed some blinds cut and were waiting for quite some time along with two other people. Stephen found us and although he could not cut them himself he stayed nearby, spoke with other associates, and made several announcements to help us. We were very grateful to him and credit him with managing to finally get someone over after an over 20min wait. With his help, we had 3 people arrive and we were on our way to checkout within a minute.”

“I'm in the works of building a football goal post for a football themed party so I came into Home Depot in hopes that I would find the right items for this DIY project. I came in by myself with just an ounce of knowledge on how I would make the goal post but I was totally optimistic. I knew I needed some sort of piping in order to create this football goal but I wasn't exactly sure what kind of piping. While I was in the piping aisle I was assisted by two Home Depot employees by the names of Vince and Avi. And, thank goodness for these two employees! They were both extremely helpful and understanding when I told them about my DIY project. As a woman (who never steps foot inside of Home Depot) I am beyond thankful that these employees had patience and were willing to help me execute my idea!
