One employee was on the phone and asked another employee, Jeff, if he could help me. I explained I might need a fuse. Jeff joined me outside to look at my car to check on what type of fuses I might need for my new-to-me vehicle. He took his time to really check everything out in both the interior and under-the-hood fuse boxes. When he wasn't sure about something, he consulted an app on his phone. After a few tries we decided it wasn't a fuse issue (he could not find a burned out fuse), and that my issue might need to be looked at by a mechanic. However, as I was leaving town, my turn signals started working again! Apparently they were just loose, and Jeff managed to repair my car! I'm glad I went in there. The attention to detail by the employees there really gives O'Reilly Auto Parts in Cloverdale a thumbs up from me, in customer service and satisfaction.”
