“First time at the new location. Long time customer at Old Town. Max to the rescue! Needed a quality vacuum for a family member and though I’m a Kirby snob, I needed simple to use . Max had a very nice Oreck so I got that . My family member is so happy . Never had a real vacuum before . Only the disposable type. Cost Less comes thru again with OG customer service .”

“I hired The Geek Squad to install a dash cam that I purchased on Bestbuy.com. Here are the main reasons that make me want to give them 5 stars. 1) They honored their original quote. (When I ordered the item, the cost of installation was lower. By the time I received the materials for install, the install price went up, but I told customer service what I was originally quoted, and they honored it). 2) The Clovis Geek Squad was able to get me in right away. (The Fresno location was booked up for days). 3) The Geek Squad guys got my dash cam installed much quicker than their original time quote. 4) Their service was very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend these guys.”

“Home Depot always has really good deals! I have recently decided I wanted to start growing some herbs and have been in search of a wooden planter box. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find one at a decent price, UNTIL I stumbled upon one at Home Depot. I liked the price and look so much I went back and got (2) more the next day!”

“Let me say I was totally impressed with the customer service at the tool rental cwnter on my recent visit. The whole team was friendly and very helpful. They all went above and beyond and attitude and customer service. James helped us on this visit and was simply exceptional. It's been a long time since I have been to a Home Depot and received good customer service. Usually, it's hard to find a helpful associate, let alone get great service. The team greatly exceeded my expectations and made me want to come back to the store. Thanks for the excellent experience and refreshing attitude. Keep it up. I will absolutely be back.”

“My second home, well every Home Depot is lol hell I am there so much customers ask me where to locate items haha 🤣 my only thing to complain about is I wish on the pro checkout side the cashiers would maintain the lines better people cut in and all of us contractors with lumber carts are trying to check out we all stand in proper line and leave space for people to still walk by and people just walk up and pretend not to see the long line, and nobody says anything. Also, I get project cards. They are Homedepot project cards reloadable I wish the cashiers would know their own product, they try to argue that it’s a gift card and it is not, it does not require showing ID as it is a Homedepot project card. I understand why they have to ask for ID for gift cards but not this! Or they don’t know how to actually use or scan the project card for a payment”

“Never had issues going to Home Depot. I do my homework on big purchases and use common sense to find what I'm looking for. Last purchase was a Treager. I checked online which indicated the store had one I stock. I called; spoken to an employee in the BBQ section. Informed me they had one. My wife an I high tailed there and made our purchase; along with the cover and bag of pellets. I could have asked Depot to have it assembled but I'm a handy guy. Took 30 mins to assemble, 10 mins to calibrate, 1-2 to season. In and Out purchase cause I did my homework.”
