“By appointment, I attempted to pick up before my appointment time but my load was not ready. I was allowed to stay on property in the meantime. Check in with shipping and check if your load is ready or not. There is there is parking on street if you run out of hours. Nice and polite personnel at check in.”

“Shopping around for an apron sink can require a 3-4 week wait time, but not through Fresno Distributing. Amir in the showroom and the owner whose name I did not get, offered great customer service. Aside from these two, I was offered help by the service person in the plumbing department and the gentleman in the warehouse. I will definitely support this local business in the future. The wait was worth the expert help.”

“Rented a "mini" backhoe. When I brought it home the fuel tank was on empty. NOT BUENO! Bought some diesel and topped off the fuel after my project. Mentioned the "lack of fuel" when I returned it. The HD employee apologized and gave me $50 credit on my final bill. MUY BUENO!!!! For the great customer service and rental, 5-stars for this HD store!”

“Absolutely terrible customer service. I was supposed to receive a refund of 118.96 voiding my contract for a washer/dryer unit in august from this store, and I still have not received it. Why is it so easy to take out the money, and so hard to refund me my money back?I went to the actual store requesting my refund. The "financial manager" had me send my bank statements to this sketchy email, showing that I had not received a refund, and yet I did not receive an email back, nor have i received this refund. So unprofessional. Is this business for real?Edit: thank you to the cooperate store manager Justin for ironing everything out. I really appreciate you. They need to give him a raise, he is single handedly restoring much needed order to business. Thank you!”

“Wanted to run in and out, so I couldn't be bothered to be lost for long. I asked a gal where the items were and she was very friendly and detailed with her directions on which aisle, which side, and where along the items were. Unfortunately, for tension rods and curtain hooks, the options were far and few.Upon self-checkout, there were employees actively directing the line. They were also helpful with coupon usage and how to ring it up.”

“All the workers are nice and positive I see to many stupid negative reviews from customers that clearly say they have done wrong too the workers for doing their job or not knowing all the tools, they have to deal with rude customers majority of the time they should be able to refuse service too all the rude customers it ain't right for workers that just go to do their jobs to make a living and have someone go and call them useless and throw a tantrum because a worker couldn't show up fast enough or doesn't know each item in the entire store”

“This review is for Managers Brittney and Kimberly. We ordered a toilet delivery from Home Depot.com. it was delivered by NSD on 6/21/23. The whole tank was broken so the drivers told us to hang on to it till we find out what Home Depot wanted us to do. It was supposed to be picked up by the same company to return to Home Depot on 6/27/23. Couldn't get ahold of them & then called Home Depot & spoke to a CSR from another country. Was on hold for 50 minutes just to have him say he couldn't get ahold of NSD either. I called our local Home Depot on Abby & asked for a manager. Manager Brittney answered and she was so sweet & helpful. She & her co-manager, Kimberly took it on themselves to deliver the new toilet we had ordered & picked up the broken one. All of this as well as having a sweet countenance & huge smiles. God bless them both, it was refreshing to witness actual superior customer service. I recommend that they both get raises and special treatment. It is so rare these days to experience good customer service.Thank you Brittney & Kimberly!!!!”
