“All the workers are nice and positive I see to many stupid negative reviews from customers that clearly say they have done wrong too the workers for doing their job or not knowing all the tools, they have to deal with rude customers majority of the time they should be able to refuse service too all the rude customers it ain't right for workers that just go to do their jobs to make a living and have someone go and call them useless and throw a tantrum because a worker couldn't show up fast enough or doesn't know each item in the entire store”
“There are so many stores to choose from, both physical and online. I spent more than $200,000 at Ferguson just for the past 8 months. The main reason for this is because of Amanda Yang. I was assigned a different point of contact but the person acted like he did not want my business. I was about to go to a competitor when my interior designer convinced me to try Amanda. I'm glad I did. She made everything convenient for me. She was very quick to reply to different issues here and there as well.”

Check in with shipping and check if your load is ready or not. There is there is parking on street if you run out of hours. Nice and polite personnel at check in.”

“It was awesome service all around. We met with security who asked what we needed right and pointed us in the right direction. While looking for charge cable gentleman got us what we needed right away and then pointed us our next 2 stops.
While at the headphone area one person asked if we needed help and we asked about the Shokz and he help us find them.
We then decided to very over ear headset while looking Bree help us with open box info and connectivity questions. We made our choice and she then help us with a speedy professional checkout!

“Very, very very nice staff!! Everyone that we saw..about 8 people as we walked down aisles, asked us if we were finding everything ok. It was a very nice experience. Another girl who was stocking shelves helped us try to locate a certain type of staple for our hammer stapler. She looked for at least 10-20 minutes trying to find the particular type we needed. I'll gladly shop at this store again!!”
