“This place has a ton of books. It has a couch and a few small tables and chairs to relax and read. Also has an upstairs section with a large selection of books.
I forget the name of the young man who helped me as this was 3 or 4 weeks ago but we talked about Rush and his favorite album by them: clockwork Angels.
Young man, if you are reading this I appreciate all the time you took to escort me to the different sections relevant to my search. You were pleasant, easy to talk to, and willing to go the extra mile to help a potential customer. I know I had a list of about 7 books I was looking for and you looked up each one without grumbling. You even searched the rare and restricted section for me.
I can tell you enjoy what you do and your hard work hasn't gone unnoticed. As a matter of fact, just the opposite: I still remember this book store because of you.
Even though I didn't find what I was looking for (very specific niche and hard to find books you didn't have in stock) you offered to even order them for me. I will be returning.

“I did something dumb with my order and asked a young man working at the register about a return, but was told I couldn't return it and would just have to buy another. I had to insist to instead speak to someone managing the bookstore and was then better assisted. I appreciated the restraint the manager showed when I explained my mistake and how quickly my error was corrected. To the first worker: it's okay to ask for help if you're not sure:)”

For actual school supplies, I recommend buying online though. The prices are immense!! They’re realistically the best local option for miles around though, so its nice I suppose to have it as an option if you forgot your pen, but genuinely… too expensive.
The staff are very kind and helpful though, just like the Cafe, and they’ll help you find whatever you’re looking for. And the candy and college food *is* good. I’d still pop in and look around.”
“This place is small but has all you need, from hats to shirts to supplies for your classes. Prices are fair, and if you're lucky to find your size on the clearance rack, those items have excellent prices. I'm definitely buying more Sunbird gear soon.”
“This store does an excellent job with its supplies and stock. I don't have kids of my own, but if I did, I'd buy their entire supply of test preparation and practice skills books in subjects of mathematics, language arts, and reading comprehension. The store has a vast supply of practice books, and I think it's good for preparation of the school demands that are being placed on kids these days.”
“Located at Fashion Fair this Barnes and Noble is very small compared to the one at RP, they don't have Starbucks/Cafe here. I've visited this location a few more times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, as a Premium Member there were so many deals that were so hard to pass up. Initially was at RP BN but ended up here as they sold out of the books I wanted at RP. During my visits here it's actually been quite busy and being a small place it could be really tight moving around. The books are beautifully laid out but the times I've come I had trouble looking for the books I wanted. Thankfully the staff here is really nice and helpful. During their 25% off and extra 10% as members sale this kind worker went above and beyond. He went to the back in their stockroom and looked through the boxes to find the 2 books I was looking for, I left just over the moon! Would definitely recommend BN anytime.”
