“I’ve been going here for a couple of years, and it’s always really clean and well maintained. I’ve never seen bugs, nor have I ever noticed hair in the bathrooms and linens. It’s really a clean place. Plenty of parking on the property or right next door. The breakfast was… what you might expect from a hotel of their caliber. It was very clean and well kept, but the ingredients were flavorless. The eggs, hash browns, bacon, and sausage were pretty bland.The coffee station was really appreciated. It’s there 24 hours, and it was tasty coffee.There are two elevators, and one only services the garage and the lobby. The second one is extremely slow and has to be shared by guests and hotel staff during the day. It serves all levels. If you’re disabled and need the elevator, you might have to wait awhile during the day.La Quinta is the only place I’ll stay while down there! Though I may have a couple of concerns, it’s clearly the wiser choice for the price and its location. I will continue to use La Quinta unless things change.
The hotel staff seemed to be nice, and easy to work with.
The room was nice and clean, the shower products are a nice touch. The beds are amazing!! We sleep better there than we do at home!!

“We’re so glad we chose to stay here! Atlana at the front desk greeted us with the warmest smile—even at 11PM. She recommended we check out the breakfast bar, and when we came down the next morning at 6AM, she was still radiating that same positive energy. Honestly, I’d come back to this hotel just for her vibe! The breakfast bar was also amazing—top notch selection, and they even had Impossible sausage patties for my vegan friends. Highly recommend!”

“We were very happy with this Marriott and how well it lived up to the brand’s high standards. I would highly recommend it as a great place to stay.
The location is excellent—right behind the shopping center Sierra Vista mall, which made everything very convenient. The property was clean and felt safe. Our suite had a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, which made it very comfortable for our family to enjoy the stay.
The free breakfast was fantastic and a great way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay.”

“I get so tired of things being broken when checking into a room and it seems like one of the worst is the Choice brand. Had a King suite and all seemed fine until I couldn’t get the TV channels to change. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone was dead. ( NBD but remove it please!) in the meantime I noticed the A/C compressor kept cycling off frequently. Toni ended up moving us to a different room and all was great but I feel it should never have happened. Where is quality control?!”

“Humongous rooms! I had a full living room and bedroom. Hotel was clean and quiet aside for this light ticking coming from the smoke alarm above the bed that was a tad annoying. Fitness center open 24/7. Standard hotel breakfast is included. Super close to Fresno airport.”

“The location is by a busy intersection and it's super loud i went there in July of this year all i heard was loud noises and stuff and the unit in the room wouldn't come i was sweating badly and had a nosebleed after that you can barely get out of the parking lot without someone getting upset or honking their horns at you when trying to get out if the parking lot the hotel is nice the people are friendly and the service is good the breakfast is alright i was hoping for a more variety of breakfast foods than that, you have to be careful with the hotel room doors they'll slam on you're hand or finger i had to open the door my mom locked herself out of the hotel room the only thing that needs to be dealt with is the shower situation I had taken a shower that night and i had a red eye from the water pressure my eye was hurting that night until morning that following day it hurting a lot the shower head needs to be changed and if i had know it I've never had that experience before not at home but the pressure of the water was so intense it hit me in my right eye and gave me a red painful eye my eye couldn't stop hurting after that I had to use eye drops my right eye wouldn't stop hurting and it turned super red from the pressure of the water in that shower this hotel is a lot than the other one you don't have to worry about people breaking into you're car at night that's one thing my mom doesn't like at all”

“I work as a flight attendant for a major airline, so I often stay at hotels and resorts around the world during layovers. On a recent stop in Fresno, California, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Clovis, a charming hidden gem. Our experience there was fantastic and went beyond what we expected.

The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. When our hotel shuttle driver, Chappel, picked us up at the airport, he greeted us like family. He acknowledged that we were weary travelers and immediately loaded our bags, saying, “I’ll get you guys to the hotel as quickly as possible so you can get some rest.”

Check-in was easy and fast, so we could head straight to our comfortable rooms. I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the front desk staff member who helped us.

The next morning, I wanted some coffee but realized I was out of regular coffee pods. I called the front desk, and within seconds, Miss Erma from housekeeping arrived at my door with a smile and a friendly greeting.

Later, I went to the restaurant to order breakfast to go. I received an immediate warm greeting from Miss Shantel (server and hostess extraordinaire ). She took my order and directed me to the beverage station while I waited. When my order was delivered, she made sure I had all the proper condiments and everything I needed for my meal. I did not have to ask her for anything! It was all there. Shout out to Louis, the culinary genius, who prepared my meal to PERFECTION!

I went to the front desk to ask a question about my Hilton Honors account and spoke with Avy, the receptionist. She was highly knowledgeable, professional, and eager to help. She addressed my question and asked if there was anything else she could do for me.

I write this review in great detail because I want to highlight and recognize excellence in a world where mere decent-level customer service is almost nonexistent – especially in the hospitality industry. It is evident that team members at this property love what they do and the guests they serve. It shows in their actions and their words.

Additionally, this commitment to excellence is no accident; it reflects this organization's leadership. Kudos to them – shout-out to Daniele (I hope I got your name right; if not, my apologies).
