“Great location after a long day of park-hopping
We stayed here after a full day exploring Sequoia National Park and Yosemite, and the location couldn’t have been better — right off the highway, making it an easy stop to crash for the night. The beds were comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after all that hiking and driving. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze. A fun bonus: my kids got a kick out of the stray cats wandering around the property — small thing, but it added a nice, memorable touch to our stay. Overall a solid, convenient option if you’re passing through Fresno on a national parks road trip. We’d stay here again.”

“Ate here with the family for two consecutive days. The kids loved the relaxed vibe. Tables were spacious and sanitized constantly. The pet-friendly outdoor seating was great. Parking was free and close by. We'll return!”
“Pool was open daily, and subway was connected to the hotel in downtown fresno. Air conditioner stayed so cold I had to turn it off a couple times in 100 degree weather it was ice cold in my room my whole 21 day stay.”

“Our family decided to stop in Fresno for one night on the way to San Francisco.
We didn’t have high expectations, but we found this hotel at a reasonable price and booked it on the app right in the parking lot.
To our surprise, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was much better than expected.
The omelet and waffles were especially good.
We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“I'm staying here at the Hyatt hotel in Fresno. This was the hotel I was booked at by the company that I will be working for. I wasn't sure what to expect. Honestly, I've stayed in some really raunchy hotels. When I arrived, I saw that this was one snazzy hotel. It was clean, it's located in a what I consider a very beautiful area. Right down the street you have a few restaurants. The service has been pretty good. The parking seems pretty safe. The only downfall is that they do charge $10 a day for parking. They have a 24hr gym, a pool that closes at 10pm, breakfast is served from 6:30am to 9:30. It isn't the biggest selection but it's still good and complimentary. There's no smoking here. My room was pretty nice. I was booked on the 4th floor, a beautiful view of the kaiser hospital. The AC/Fan was of no bother to me. I've had extremely noisy AC/fans at other hotels that were pretty old and run down. This one is all digital and doesn't freeze you nor is it pointed at the bed.”

“The rest of my review on the facility is irrelevant. I’m only leaving this as a note of recognition and recommendation for the hotel staff at this location. Especially Mz. Katherine! She was the most professional, friendly, and patient front desk staffer I’ve ever met. Also, unfortunately I didn’t remember his name although he was wearing a name tag, the tall black gentleman was so polite and helpful and even brought some supplies to the room for us which must have been taxing considering how fully booked the place was. I will continue to use this location due to the remarkable staff!”

“Clean business traveller Homewood Suites Location. The room was fresh, bathroom was sparkling clean and the common areas neat. The service was acceptable. However, our arrival was after 10 pm and no one was at the desk. Makes me think just about anyone could have walked in that lobby.
The bedding was top notch and the pillows were lofty!
Unlike your sister chain, Home2 Suites, I actually received a mid-week housekeeping service. BRAVO!!
The atmosphere in the lobby was fresh and well kept. One note, if you eat breakfast or sit in the dining room, be aware, the ceiling fans create a flashing light experience from the ceiling can lights. If you are sensitive to this, as I am, I suggest you avoid the dining room or ask that the fans be turned off.
The free breakfast is greatly appreciated. One note please... the breakfast is open at 6am. For this traveller, I do not eat pork, so the protein options are limited.
You should endeavor to appeal to Muslim, Jewish, Levitical Diet Christians and anyone who does not eat pork.
All of the staff were more than kind and willing to assist.
The location is easy access to main roads and close enough to better dining.
We will be back.

“I stay at Holiday Inns quite often for both work and personal travel, and this is the first property where I've experienced this number of issues.
Cassandra at the front desk was excellent and appeared to be the only employee on site during much of my stay. She was friendly, professional, and resolved every issue I encountered.
Unfortunately, there were several problems. The air conditioning in my first room did not work, the room smelled musty, and it was uncomfortably warm. I was moved to a different room, which helped. There were no towels available at the pool, my key card would not work for the fitness center, and there were no sheets or blankets provided for the sleeper sofa.
Cassandra promptly addressed each of these issues, but it required multiple trips to the front desk throughout my stay. While I appreciate her outstanding customer service, the number of problems I encountered took away from what would otherwise have been a much better experience.”

“My experience so far, has been great, great support from management team, and maintenance dept. For a long term stay and just passing through, this place is a good choice. I really like in how I can order in or cook in my room, or just go out. It quite and clean, and so far I been pleased. I do however, don't like paying more for the higher speed internet, this should be included, with the monthly rent.”

“We had our wedding here, had a GREAT time, and had several people stay from the reception and they all enjoyed their stay as well! “A nice Fairfield overall, front desk workers were friendly, rooms were clean with a good design. Lots of easy to access outlets for electronics. Only room complaint is the TV panel is wearing out and had an off blue tint across the entire panel and muted brightness. Breakfast choices were excellent, one of the better Fairfield breakfast areas. I almost forgot to mention, this hotel has a water softener. You can feel the difference when washing your hands in the bathroom sink.”
