Your check-in staff were very gracious to accommodate my wife's request to assign us to a pet-free room. And we truly appreciate it! The room was clean, good smell, and most importantly she didn't experience any bug bites and foul smell that are and can be overwhelmingly present in hotel rooms that are pet friendly.
