They were so professional yet friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them. I've always had positive experiences in this store but today was the best.”

“I'm a frustrated long time customer. I'm always having problems with my WIFI. After having a service person replace my modem and calling a customer service agent. My internet in still slow and my printer doesn't work.
I drove to Xfinity on Herndon, in Clovis and met a very knowledgeable young man. This young man's name is John. With his patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service I have confidence that I can fix a couple of problems myself today. Thank you John. Keep up the great service. If you aren't a manager, Xfinity is missing an opportunity in what you have to offer.”
“I (Pattie) had a wonderful experience today at this location. Esther helped us out and she is gold. She provided caring and compassionate customer service during a difficult time for me. I recommend making an appointment (which I did) because if you don’t, you might have to wait a while but that’s been my experience at each store I’ve visited.”
