“We called in frustrated from an earlier experience at a different store. Phil answered the phone and immediately said come in, even though they were 15 minutes to closing. We walked and in received some of the best service at a retailer. He listened to us, gave us honest feedback regarding our issue, and provided a solution that made us very happy. He didn’t make us feel like we were just another transaction, he made us feel like he genuinely cared about our issue and wanted to help us solve it. “The best repair shop in the world!!!!!
Last year, my phone screen broke and I took it to another repair shop nearby. The screen was the only thing that was broken, but I still had to pay $250.
(And the staff there were super unfriendly, it took over a week to fix it, and my phone blacked out again just a month later…)
Because of that horrible experience, I came to this shop after a friend recommended it to me — and OMG, I’m so glad I did.
This time, both my mainboard and screen were broken,( like picture ) so I expected to pay way more… but it was only $170!!!
The owner here is incredibly kind, honest, and fixed everything so fast. I’m seriously so thankful.
