“Ali was my hero today! I spent a couple of hours this morning with the Verizon 800 call center to try and activate a new phone and transfer info from my old phone. They activated the new phone, but not much data got transferred from the old phone. I was super upset and decided to go to the Verizon store. “This is the best service I have ever received at an AT&T store. I put off changing phones and upgrading my WIFI because without a doubt something gets' messed up. That didn't happen while working with Eleazar.
He was very professional and thorough. He gave me his business card if I had problems in the future. I had to reach out for some minor adjustments and his response time was quick. If he was busy with other customers he would let me know he would get back to me when he was available.
He is very tech-savvy and saved me the time of moving everything from my old phone to my new phone. Preventing me from losing any of my data. I love staff that save me time!
I highly recommend Eleazar if you need help with anything AT&T. He is located at the Blackstone and Herndon store.

“I highly recommend this location because of the outstanding service I received from Elijah. A different store incorrectly applied my trade-in promotion, which caused an ongoing issue with my account. Although Elijah wasn’t responsible for the mistake, he took ownership of helping me resolve it.
It took multiple calls to corporate and several visits to the store to get everything corrected, but every time I came in, Elijah greeted me with a smile and was genuinely committed to finding a permanent solution. His positive, let’s figure this out attitude made a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with.
I truly appreciate his professionalism, persistence, and excellent customer service. Employees like Elijah are the reason I’ll continue coming back to this location.
Note to corporate - please consider giving your in-store employees the same level of account access and authority that corporate representatives have. It would allow team members like Elijah to resolve issues much more efficiently and create a significantly better customer experience.”

I’ve never met such a polite, kind and easy to talk to driver who got right to work and took very good care of my 2018 Volvo. I felt safe and happy since I was by myself at the time. “I was so impressed with the way Luis Handled setting up my new Wi-Fi All-Fi Hub system.
He came out personally to my residence, and not only set up my phone, my modem, my TV and my computer.
The manager said he would send Luis in person and he literally sent him within minutes of the phone call.
Luis set things up very quickly and very professionally and truly wondered if there was anything else he could do to make the transition seamless and it was exactly that.
What I love about this particular AT&T store is that I can walk in at anytime and they answer questions, troubleshoot things with me and always look on my account to see if I could save even more. This is how I got Lewis to come and set up this new system for me and I’m actually saving money to have a faster system, they are the best at this location. That is why I’ve been with them for so many years -thank you again Luis & for your manager to set it up for you to come at a moments notice. Service does not get any better than that. You guys are the best I give you five stars!⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“The best repair shop in the world!!!!!
Last year, my phone screen broke and I took it to another repair shop nearby. The screen was the only thing that was broken, but I still had to pay $250.
(And the staff there were super unfriendly, it took over a week to fix it, and my phone blacked out again just a month later…)
Because of that horrible experience, I came to this shop after a friend recommended it to me — and OMG, I’m so glad I did.
This time, both my mainboard and screen were broken,( like picture ) so I expected to pay way more… but it was only $170!!!
The owner here is incredibly kind, honest, and fixed everything so fast. I’m seriously so thankful.
